I can't down load Creative Cloud on my mac

Every time I try to down load an app from Creative clue I go to a white screen with four small rotating shares in the middle. This happens every time but nothing seems to be happening. I've even left it 'downloading' over night.

Ywa1n is the white screen within the Creative Cloud Desktop application or within your web browser? If it is within your web browser what web browsers have you tried? What version of each web browser were you utilizing?

Can't install an Creative Cloud Products on Mac

I can't get any of the creative cloud products to install on my mac. As soon as I open the installer, the application manager freezes and has to be quit from activity monitor. This is incredibly frustrating and irritating and I would love some help to get this issue resolved. Until this is resolved I can't use any of the Adobe products on this computer.
Here are the methods I have used to try and install things, nothing has helped so far:
I've run Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, cleaned out everything via that.
Tried install Creative Cloud Desktop via .dmg file. That froze on "initializing installer"
Tried installing Photoshop CC directly from creative.adobe.com, that froze on "intializing installer"

How can I install Adobe Creative Cloud successfully on Mac?

I already subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud. I'm using a Mac Pro (Version 10.6.8, 4GB, 2.8 Ghz).
However it seems imposible for me right now to complete the installation of the whole Adobe Creative Cloud. I started downloading Illustrator and it gave me so many errors that I looked for information in the Forrums, and the only decent answer that I saw was installing it as a Trial from Adobe's web page.
I already tried that, even installing the whole from CS6 Master Collection from the Web, and it only install 5 of the 15 programs. I unistalled it and deleted all Adobe folders everytime it finished the installation, so I could try again.
I really appreciate any help with this. Otherwise I have to cancel my subscription.

I have down loaded Creative cloud - Flash professiona CC on atrial perod of one month. When accessing the exercise files, I get a message as follows.

Go to the folder where the file is located,then right click the file and open with>Adobe Flash CC.Even it does not work this way as well ,kindly share the file.

We have two users that have been using Creative Cloud for almost a year. Recently, sometime in the last 4ish weeks, the users can no longer run Creative Cloud apps. (Yes, our subscription is paid.) Error simply says administrator access is required

We have two users that have been using Creative Cloud for almost a year. Recently, sometime in the last 4ish weeks, the users can no longer run Creative Cloud apps. (Yes, our subscription is paid.) Error simply says administrator access is required to install. The apps have already been installed. The users cannot run them unless they are in the local admin group.Using "Run as admin" does not work. It gives the same error.
I have opened a case with adobe support and was basically told to suck it up and put the users in the admin group. Actually, what was said was that it is "mandated that the users have administrative rights".
There are a couple of things wrong with this. It was working for both users until recently - a recent required creative cloud update. The users have never been local admins yet the apps were working (poorly, but working).
We are in an enterprise environment and users simply do not have administrative rights on the computers.
I have changed permissions on all adobe folders, granting users or authenticated users modify or full control rights, did the same in whatever Adobe registry HKLM keys I could find. Nothing has allowed the users to run the apps - unless they are put in the local admin group.
Someone has to have a fix for this. Adobe apps have proved to have far too many vunerabilities to even entertain the idea of elevating user rights. I can't imagine that enterprise environments are allowing this.
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your response. The users in question are "standard" domain users. We do not reduce users permissions below the standard level.
The apps do not load with their current standard user permissions.
The thing that makes this odd, is that up until recently they did this issue with cloud apps. The only way I can make it work for them now is to put them in the local administrator group on their pc's - which is not going to happen.
This is what they now see. As I said before, this was not a problem up until recently they would see all their available apps. If I put them in the local admin group the apps are listed without having to install. Everything is there, just not accessible to the user.

I can't open the creative cloud.

So, the adobe updater said their was an update available, and i tried to install it and the creative cloud opens, but it just stays on the loading screen and nothing happens. Then i try to open the creative cloud program it opens then shuts off. I can't access the creative cloud at all. I can get on to every other program I have but the creative cloud itself.

You can install the apps available in Creative Cloud on your primary computer and one backup computer, as long as they are not running at the same time. You will have access to both the Mac OS and Windows versions, so if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, for example, you can install your applications on both. Here is a concern I have. I called sales support yesterday and asked the following questions.   I have 3 computers (1) PC tower, (1) iMac and (1) MacBook Pro.   When I first started using Adobe all the way through CS5 Master Collection I always owned the Windows Box Versions. I have been waiting for months for this to come out so I could move my workflow over to MacOS X.    Since the Creative Cloud supports both MAC and Windows installs the question I asked was can I install it on both my 2 Mac Computers. Then if I need to use it on my PC can I simply deactivate and then activate on it for use?
The answer your support person gave was "YES" So the answer in this topic don't even flow with the answers from calling the 800 number!
So now reading this forum topic I am really confused.   I like many others have definate reasons why I may want to flip flop the machine I am using the software on (1) I have $4500 worth of AE plug-ins. $2000 worth of these are platform specific. So they only run on a windows machine. Even, though I intend on my primary workflow to be used on a MAC there may come a time when I need to use one of these plug-ins and then would have to switch my activation to the PC to use it.
Another scenario, Let's face it Apple has not been to keen on upgrading the Mac Pro system's. iMac's are great but have their limitations with graphics cards, drives, and memory. So if you go a complicated AE render to do,iIt makes a lot more sense to run it on a PC at this time for me. So my hope here is I would de-activate one of my MAC's activate my PC then render away.
I like many others completely understand that we are only suppose to operate our software on 1 machine at a time. I am cool with you checking this. Other posters have asked what if I forget to turn one machine off leave with my MacBook Pro and then fire it up. Will I be in trouble? Not sure how you handle this if you don't have a connection. But Spotify the music streaming company license their software to me the user. If I fire up one machine, Then grab my iPhone and try to listen it turns it off on the other machine. Apps in the app store like MotionX Drive do the same thing.
I am an Electrical Automation Engineer by day and a Graphic/Video Designer Enthusiast at night.   In all the programming software that every vendor provides they provide a licensing server software service that sits locally within the location. It manages concurrent licenses, without the need for online connections. Any computer needing to run simply pulls the license from the network connected license server software service. When the program is done it releases the license. The only issues with this is if your license server crashes. It can be a bit of a headache with support to get your license back.   Others simply have an online site (like Apple) Where you simply log in and de-activate devices as needed. (Heck even Hulu, and Netflix offer this.)
I think if Adobe wants the Cloud thing to take off then they need to re-evaluate this. The license needs to follow the user not the device. The user should have a painless simple way to activate and de-activate their license back to their Adobe ID.
