I can't download a preordered album that has came out

Hi there,
I preordered the new one direction album and I have got the first four songs that they released early but when the released the whole album it only says purchased not download or anything like that. I have tried logging out and signing back in but it hasn't worked at all.
Could you please help

I have experienced this exact same issue for a Pre-order album as well. I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged. This article will walk you though the process. You can also check for available downloads to see if the items are pending.

I can't download by preordered album

i preordered the album FOUR about a 2 month ago, and now that it was finally relaesed, i can't download it. I went under Store, and clicked Check for Available Downloads, but it said All purchases have been downloaded for this Apple ID. I have also tried signing out of my Apple account, and then signing back in again, but nothing happened. I specifically bought the preordered Deluxe album, because i wanted the additional video special to when you preorder it!

You have/had a balance on your account that covers its price, and/or have a credit card on it ? Pre-orders are not paid-for at the time of pre-ordering, you are only charged when they are released - have you paid for it (e.g. did you have a balance on your account) ? You can check your account's purchase history to see if it shows : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store.
If it does then see if it shows in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes for downloading, and the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app on your phone

HT5714 Can't download a preordered album

I preordered an album on iTunes which was available to download last night. I got an email with a download link which when I clicked took me to my iTunes downloads. There is nothing available to download yet the album says I've purchased it and won't let me download it again. I cannot find it in my purchases and it isn't on my iPhone as being downloaded. Where do I find it?

I was able to downoad Rat Trap, but not the full album.
I called Tech support and apparently i was short a couple cents on buying the full album so i recommend you go onto this link and they will call you!

How can i delete a photo album that has been synced from another computer

I am trying to delete a photo album that I do not need anymore from an iPad 4. But the album has been synced from a computer that I don't have access to anymore. Is there anyway around this ?

Photos that were synced from a computer can only be deleted by connecting to a computer's iTunes and changing the sync selection on the device's Photos tab.
Is that the only album that was synced from that computer (and you now sync the iPad to a different computer ?), or do you have other albums from it that you want to keep on the iPad ? If you want to keep one or more albums on it then they will need to be on the computer that you sync to so that they can be selected on the Photos tab and re-copied to the iPad from that computer. If you want to remove all synced photos then try selecting and syncing just an empty folder

What is the procedure for deleting photos in albums on iPad that has been sent from another PC.

You need to remove them the same way you put them on the iPad.
That is by Unsyncing them in iTunes on the computer.
You can unselect the folder you wish to remove in ITunes on the computer, or sync an empty folder to remove them all.

Pre ordered means it's not available to download immediately. You will be contacted by Apple via email when the album can be downloaded.

Put all of your albums into one main photos album that you can sync from. You can only select one main folder of photos to sync to the iPad. If you direct iTunes to sync from a different folder the next time that you sync, the first album/folder will be deleted. You have to include all photos with each sync every time that you sync.
So create one main folder for photos and place all of your sub folders into that main photos folder, then when yo sync with iTunes, you can select that main photos folder as the "Sync Photos From" folder in the iTunes photos tab and you can select each of the subfolders within that main folder to sync as well.
But you can only select one level of subfolders to sync. You cannot sync a folder within a folder within the main folder - one level of sub folders only.
Connect the iPad to the computer and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Photos Tab on the right.
Select the main photos folder in the Sync Photos From drop down menu
Click on/select all of the albums or sub folders within that main folder that you want to sync.
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes

If you sync with the new computer it will erase the current content from the iphone and replace with the selected content of the new computer.
The pics that you have taken with the iphone should be imported regularly to your computer as you would with any digital camera. You can then organize them and sync them back to the iphone if you wish.
If you have had itunes perform a backup on the new computer, you should get the pics taken with the iphone back, but I would import them before trying anything.
