I can't download any app from cc

I can't download any app from cc, because it say to me "download error, reload or conctat the assistance". What i have to do?

    I can't download any apps from the appstore. I try to push the 'free' button and it won't do anything. The 'ratings' button won't work either. They literally don't do anything. I checked with those in my family who have iphones, and they are having the same problems.

    Did you try force quitting the app?
    do any of your applications have trouble connecting to the internet?

    First, try resetting your iPad:
    Hold both the Home button and the power key down for 10 seconds or so until the Apple logo appears.  Let go promptly when it does appear and then wait another 20 seconds or more for you iPad to turn back on again.  This will not cause any loss of date or change any settings.
    See if it works after that.

    I'm not able to download any apps. Internet and app store works fine but when i press "free" bottom nothing happing . I tried to restore the iPhone using iTunes as new device but the issue still there. There is no error message. The thing is that the button of purchase of any apps is not working. also there is no screenshot for any apps in the app store. I will try to take snapshot from the app store right now to see what happen.
    First app the free button is there but not active

    Check quitting App Store app from background and restarting it again.
    Also a quick sign-out and signing-in generally solves it.
    Alternatively, you could always check if the app downloads through iTunes on your computer.

  • Can not download any apps from app store with my first gen ipod touch

    I am able to search for apps and maneuver around the app store, but i can't download anything. The button that says "FREE" or has the price of the app is unresponsive. There does not seem to be anything wrong with my screen since I'm able to use any apps I already have.
    A google search turned up a couple of discussions from others that seem to indicate this is a recent issue.
    I'm using a first gen ipod touch with the latest OS it can use.
    Does anyone else have this problem?

    For me the problem started on my IOS 3.1.3 Gen 1 iTouch sometime between my last purchase on 12/10 and a sync. So a sync didn't preceed it.   I discovered it when I tried to purchase an Audiobook. I can do podcasts, buy individual songs, but that's about it.  I can update apps so long as I do them all, although update has been like that for awhile. I can't buy apps (even free ones), audiobooks, or albums using the Touch directly.  I can't see many of the screen previews for apps and I can't review feedback on productcs either. I don't have any problems transfering purchases from my computer to my Touch using the iTunes app. I guess I eventually figured Apple might go here, but I sure haven't seen any announcement they were gong to do it now, so if it's intentional, it was sure done in an unfriednly way.  I'm a developer, so I understand having to move on, but my Gen 1 is no where near end of life, even if it can't run the latest IOS. I was an early adopter of the Touch, so I'm one of millions that helped IOS devices become popular.  I have newer IOS devices in the household under the same AppleID and another, and they work perfect.  But still use the Gen 1 daily. If this is the way going forward, I guess I'll have to buy on my computer or other devices and transfer to the Gen 1, but I'll sure miss being able to do it directly.  And I of course tried a factory reset and that didn't resolve it.  Given so many are having this issue, I'm pretty sure it's the older IOS or Gen 1 interacting with the Apple storefronts that's the issue. The question is, is it intentional by Apple, or Apple oversight with an update to the storefronts? If intential I can understand apps, but not sure about Music and Audiobooks other than possibly the older IOS is holding back new store features???

    I guess I'm not alone. I upgraded my 3G to software update 2.1 and since then I have been able to purchase or connect to the iTunes store via iTunes or my iPhone. I even deleted my backup thinking it might be it but no go.

    Hi,
    I am using movistar 3G network (Spain), full signal. Everything works fine, Stock app, Weather app, Mail, Safari... but I can't search for any videos on YouTube and can't download any app from the App Store.
    I can see videos on YouTube app but only the featured videos, when I try to search the ones I want to see I get an error message "Cannot connect to YouTube".
    The only problem is when searching videos on YouTube app.
    When I try to download an app from the App Store I get a similar error message, "The download can´t be done, connect to iTunes" more or less, that's the sense of the message.
    I can connect to the AppStore, surf it but when I press Install... I get the error message.
    I know that my carrier, movistar (Spain) has an issue with secure webs (https), it's impossible to surf any secure web by now but I don´t know if this is related with my problems.
    This happens with 2.1 and 2.2 firmware version.
    I have the iPhone set in spanish from Spain and the time is right. By the way, using WiFi everything works fine, everything, I can search for videos on YouTube app and download apps from the AppStore.
    I don´t know what more can I do, can someone help me? please. = (

    FWIW, the only part of Java not installed is the Java Runtime Environment. Launch the Java Preferences.app in /Utilities and DL it when prompted. Then, enable plugins and Web Start apps.

    If your phone is an iPhone 3G, you can't update higher than 4.2.1
    Only the 3GS can do.
