hello basically I have had this problem for a few days now, every time i go to purchase something from iTunes or download apps from the App Store it will ask me for my password and when I place it in it does not allow me to do anything I have changed my password and this did not help, could someone please help me get it working again please,

You can contact Apple Support and ask them the reason of Declining your Payment, There are chances that your Bank might not be releasing the payment or something like that due to which you are getting Payment Declined Message. The Best of option is to contact your Bank or you can contact Apple and ask them the reason.

You mean you stole iTunes content from your friend, because that's what you did. On your phone: Settings>Store...tap the ID shown, sign out...sign back in using your ID...sync your phone...all of the content you stole will be erased, as it should be.

I've tried letting it download but before it completes, it says it is unable to complete process and asks me to try again. I am on a limited interest data plan and can't afford these downloads to continue. What can I do?

Have you tried deleting the App within the Settings menu (rather than from the Home Screen)?
Settings>General>Usage>
From the Apps list, find the App (press "Show all Apps" if the app is not in the immediately shown list), tap on the app you wish to delete, then tap "Delete App"

I told you, I can't restore iOS. In order to restore my iPad, I need to update it to iOS 7.0.4, but my iPad needs available space to update, but I don't have any. Why can't I download anything on my iPad?

My iPad won't let me download anything on my iPad, but everything is fine. I have a strong working connection and no problems. When I download something from my App Store, the app just sits on my screen and is always "waiting". It doesn't even show the design of the app. It just shows the design state where it is a circle with 3-4 lines running through it for every app I download. I can delete things though. I also try to check the diagnostics and usage for crashes/errors, but whenever I click settings>general>about , the screen freezes and I have to double-click to exit out, but I can never get to the diagnostics and usage.

1. Make sure iPad is using the latest software
2. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
3. Make sure Time Zone is correct
4. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

If pinching the screen does not work, try shutting down the app in the task bar.
Double tap the home button, press and hold the app store app untill it wiggles. Press the red dot to close.
Tap the home button again.
Other things to try:
Make sure IOS is updated to latest version
Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute).

Same here on my lpad2. Can access the web just fine from browsers but cannot install new apps or updates in appl store. Seeing a few others reporting same issue tonight so likely an apple server issue and staff will notice it in network monitors and fix it...sometime this weekend.

Try resetting the App Store.
Reset Learned from Old Toad
and you can try:
- Sign out of the App Store (in the Store menu)
- Quit the App Store
- In Finder - Go>Go to folder... (or Apple-shift-G)
- Paste in the following "~/Library/Caches/ "
- It will take you to a folder. Delete com.apple.appstore
- Launch the App Store.

Can't download from iTunes on iPad mini

Does anyone know why I can't download anything from iTunes on my wife's iPad mini? Works perfectly fine with App Store downloads, and her iPhone 4 is downloading fine. I have done a complete restore of the iPad mini, and she only uses one apple ID, but still no luck!

If you restored your iPad as new, and it still didn't help, I don't know if anything in here will help. in any event, I have posted this boilerplate of suggestions many times in the past and the suggestions in here have worked for others at one time or another. Feel free to give them a try.
1. Tap the "waiting" icon and see if you can pause it. If it does pause, then tap it again and see if it will resume. If that works, repeat the same steps for each "waiting" icon.
2. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
3. Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. If you see a downloads tab in the lower right corner, then there is a download in iTunes.
4. If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
5. You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again. Apps may also be able to be deleted in Settings>General>Usage>Storage if you cannot get the X to pop up on the icon.
6. You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered.
7. Reset your router. Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in again.

Download I OS 5 and now I can't download anything.

Okay so I updated my iPad to I OS 5 and now I can't download anything. It just gives me a waiting on apps and books. As for the videos and music I get preparing to download. Try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
