I can't download apps because my Apple ID was disabled - Children put in wrong password three times

My teens decided to try and guess my password while downloading apps - My Apple ID was disabled and when I try to reset my password, my birthdate isn't recognized - Guess I put in a wrong number somewhere. Help!

I can't download apps because after I write my password a stupid blu window requests me "to protect my Apple ID" choosing 3 "security questions and answer" .
I don' t care about upgrading my security ! I only need to download apps.
Furthermore, there are no e-mail addresses where to complaint.

So, you don't care if some hacker managed to get into your iTunes account and buy loads of apps using your credit card or gift card balance? You wouldn't mind?
And what if you use the same AppleID for iCloud? You wouldn't care if a hacker got in, deleted all your contacts and calendars, deleted your email, sent emails to all your contacts, wiped your iPhone, changed your password and locked you out of your own account? That wouldn't bother you either?
Now, maybe you don't use all these features, but a lot of people do, so the accounts need to be secure.

The games available for the iPad from the App Store will not be compatible with any computer other than an iDevice. To check for available games/Apps for the MacBook Pro you would need to check the Mac App Store, assuming of course that you are running at least OS 10.6.6.

I solved that particular problem for myself (although I am running iTunes 11 under Snow Leopard on an iMac) by deselecting one of my Users Admin. privs. You see, I had two users w/admin privs & iTunes now plays nicely when there is only one admin.
Otherwise, I would keep getting stuck in an "infinite loop" of resetting passwords over & over and still iTunes was a mess - albeit on an intermittent basis which was absolutely driving me nuts!
I also think that firing up Safari and signing into my account @ apple first seems to help; providing that an apple cookie gets placed in my machine before I go to the iTunes store and enjoy surfing around there.

In the US you can purchase 'iTunes' or 'App Store' cards for cash at many retail stores, and apply the code from the purchased (validated) card to add credit (money) to your Apple ID account for online music and App purchases. It is my understanding that such credits can be used for US purchases of any online content, including music, apps, and movie rentals. Are such cards sold in your area?
