I can't download apps. While downloading it get stop

I have Alcatel one touch fire c model phone Purchased in India. In this I can't download apps. When I select app it's get downloading. After sometime downloading stops I can't install apps. I have checked memory it contains space in both intr&extra memori. I reset phone once but also same problem. Network is too good. Please suggest me

I'm sorry that you are having issues downloading applications to your newly purchased Alcatel OneTouch Fire C from India.
I have heard similar reports of users from India not being able to download applications to the Intex Cloud FX device while on the carrier network, but working correctly when connected to Wi-Fi.
Can you please attempt to connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and download applications from the Firefox Marketplace? What is the result?

Given the OS X versions last supported by the old PowerPC based G4/G5 computers, there are a few players that work with music sites for OS X 10.4.11 or OS X 10.5.8. I have not researched these, and many of the web sites that promise a free player or access to free music offer 'adware' laden questionable products, no matter what OS X version a Mac could run.
For just music, the Radio player in the iTunes application can give you several choices of music types, to include fairly recent songs. This will use bandwidth and there likely is no native way in the computer to capture the audio; and without a legal source, a question arises concerning illegal filesharing and the like, which is not a topic friendly to these discussions.
However there some great music channels in the Radio portion of iTunes player that do not require the store to listen to them; these are streamed from servers and you may be able to locate other streaminsg sources and add them to the iTunes Radio player.
There were some shareware or limited use utilities that could record any sounds in your Mac, including beeps, clicks and keyboard sounds. And any noises from web pages, etc. And save them. But some time has passed since I had anything like that. It was like a built-in recorder, and with a Mac microphone, even more so.
However anything software involves the limitations of your computer hardware's upper limit in OS X version. And be wary of sites with several download links that say free or download, since softonic genieo and others can install adware and other hard to remove ailment prone background software in your mac along with their promised product; and their 'uninstaller' also will add hard to remove background stuff in your mac. So does mackeeper and cleanmypc kinds of stuff. Avoid installing these along with hoped-for great promises.
Sorry to not be of much help, however anything that may
contribute to illegal file sharing is a void issue here...

Can i try apps while on a single app plan

I know I want photoshop. I'm already iffy about this monthly fee thing - I'm already mad that my 500 investment went to waste because (oh lordy) I had to switch OS. Fine okay. . . I can get photoshop (GIMP really doesn't cut it) for a single app plan. Cool. Now can I free trial of other apps while only purchasing the single app plan? If so is there any more cost effective way to have only 2 apps? Or is it just one or all?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try deleting the problematic book (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iBook store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iBook store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen after you tap the store button in the top corner of the iBook app on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

Can't download Yosemite, Get button not working

Trying to update to Yosemite but the Get button is not responding. It stays grey and I don't get the green Install App.
I'm trying to update from the last version of Snow Leopard.

There is two ways to do it:
1. If you want to upgrade current OS to OS X Yosemite, then use other mac to download OS X Yosemite installer and then use external storage (USB HDD or flash storage) or file sharing to transfer /Applications/Install OS X Yosemite.app to the mac on which you want to install it and run the instalation (the mac on which you will be downloading OS X Yosemite can run already that OS).
2. If you are ok to erase HDD and do a fresh installation of OS X Yosemite (which means all data - applications, documents, photos, music and etc will be deleted) on your mac, then if you have an access to Mac which is currently running OS X Yosemite, you can use that Mac and create USB Recovery Disk:

Create a bootable installer for OS X Mavericks or Yosemite - Apple Support
Booting then your Mac from USB Recovery Disk will give you an option to use Disk Utility app to erase the drive and then to proceed with Installing OS X Yosemite.

No matter which option you decide to go with, make sure you have a valid Time Machine Backup (or any sort of backup) done - if you decide that OS X Yosemite is not what you want on this Mac, then restoring from Time Machine Backup is the easiest way to go back: Mac Basics: Time Machine backs up your Mac - Apple Support

Made Payment for Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard, Can't download or get serial!

I just ordered the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard from the Adobe India Webstore.

The Payment has gone through and I have a order number. But I am not able to find the download option and the serial number for the software.
I have not received any email from Adobe after the payment and it's not showing up in My recent orders or My order history.
I contacted the email given on the payment support page ([email protected]) with the order details but it's bouncing back.
So I called the Adobe Customer Service at 0124-4003810 and 000-800-440-1751 and it's saying they they don't support CS6!
Can anyone from Adobe please help?

Can't download music, get message "the requested keychain was invalid"

Every time I try to download something from the store, it won't let me. I try to sign in or verify it's me to purchase something and it tells me that there was a problem, the requested keychain is invalid and to open keychain access and run first aid. I can open keychain access, but I don't know how to run first aid. Is this an iTunes problem or a computer problem? I was previously able to do everything on iTunes so I don't know why it is suddenly different. I'm running the latest version of iTunes.

One of the users I support had the same issue. I tried all of the keychain options, reset, verify, repair, etc. No luck. On another thread I found this:
1. Locate the /Library/Keychains folder on your hard disk. Be careful not to confuse it with the /Library/Keychains folder in your home folder.
2. Drag this folder to the desktop.
3. Enter your administrator name and password when prompted to do so.
4. Restart the computer.
It worked. I dragged it to the trash, but it shouldn't make any difference.

Can't Download Shockwave - it stops midstream

Within the last month or so I noticed that I'm not able to view videos on You Tube. After much troubleshooting (at least attempted troubleshooting because it seems you need to be an expert to troubleshoot...and I am NOT), it seems I need to download Shockwave. When I try to download from Adobe, the download window says that it is installing, but the progress bar only goes about 1/4 of the way and then stops. I receive no errors...no nothing. My internet window indicates that the page is "Done".
I'm lost and just a bit...OK...more than a bit...frustrated. Can anyone help me? TIA

Well, Sean, interestingly enough I downloaded and successfully installed Adobe Flash today from this site (the newest version), but when I go to find it, it's not there. When I tried to install it again, I get prompted for the DML, but then nothing happens at all. I don't have Shockwave installed at all...I uninstalled it thinking that was why I wasn't able to update it.
I am on Vista Ultimate.

CAN'T Download Updates Get error U44M1I210

Every time I try to update my CC Suite- I get the stupid error U44M1I210. Yes, i've tried ALL the suggestions on the Adobe Forums. YES, I've received
replys from the forum that are USELESS. I tried the "chat" but after waiting for 25 minutes, I gave up. Forget about phone support you're always on hold.
Adobe has no difficulty billing me each month why do't they have COMPETENT customer service. I need this on my MacBook becaue I teach
advanced photgraphy workshops.

2. I tried updating from the individual application software, didn't work.
3. I tried updating from Adobe.com, didn't work.
4. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling software, didn't work. Did this for Bridge, and reinstalled. The reinstall did not have the update.

6. Attempted the live chat but after a 25 minute wait gave up.

TS1424 IOS 6 update completed. Can't update apps now because I get warning stating "Your account is not valid for use in the Japanese store. You must switch to the U.S. store before purchase." How do I switch back?

Ysterday I updated to the new IOS6 on my Iphone 4. The phone service is provided by the Softbank carrier in Japan but I am an American and my Itunes account is U.S. After the update I get this warning when trying to install app updates "Your account is not valid for use in the Japanese store. You must switch to the U.S. store before purchase." This is something that must have occured during the the IOS6 install so my question is how do I get my Iphone 4 to recognize the U.S. store again?

Open the App Store and tap "featured", go down untill you see your Apple ID... enter there and tap "View Apple ID"... it should automatically ask you if you want to switch the store. Switch and thats all.

When I try to do a backup it always starts itself new. My photos and notes are synced but all the other apps not anymore since December. Plus since this weekend it refuses to go on the internet. Search for iTunes Updates.
An good way for easy backups is the iCloud, but you may need to purchase additional storage to do so.

The security code could be correct but the credit card number is wrong. Be sure you did not transpose digits of your credit card number.
