I can't download firefox.

Firefox was part of my user account that had become corrupted. I created a new account, and took ownership of the corrupted accounts files. When I logged onto the corrupted account, I could no longer open Firefox. I COULD open IE. I took back the files, and still could not open Firefox. I unistalled Firefox on the corrupted account, and tried re-installing Firefox,and I cannot do it. I get a window asking me if I want to open or save the Firefox Setup 5_0_exe, I click "open" and nothing happens. I miss Firefox!

By default you cannot. Android's permission model is based on you trusting the app you are installing to use the permissions it asks for with care.
If you are willing to root your phone and install a custom version of the Android operating system CyanogenMod allows you to granularly approve and revoke permissions from the app you are running.

Firefox does not run on iDevices. There is no flash for iDevices. It has nothing to do with Apple. The problem is with Adobe who owns flash.
Please Google the issue as it's been discussed and beaten to death already.

Ok, let's first try to update your Firefox. Go to [http://www.getfirefox.com www.getfirefox.com], download the latest version of Firefox, and install it. Then try downloading what you tried before.
If it doesn't work, Try to start Firefox in [[Safe mode|Safe mode]]. This mode disables all extensions, user customizations, hardware acceleration, etc. temporarily for diagnostic and troubleshooting. If Firefox works fine in Safe Mode, then this is likely an add-on issue. Restart Firefox in normal mode, then type "About:addons" (without the quotes) in the address bar. Click applications... utilities... disk utilities. select your drive and click "check permissions" and let it run. when this is finished, click on "fix permissions" and let it run.

It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.
Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.

I have been trying to download Firefox for a few days now, going back and forth from Chrome and IE. I don't want to use Chrome anymore. When I try to download it from IE it will get to a certain point and tell me that the download has been interrupted and to tap OK to resume, but when it resumes, it starts right at the beginning again.

Every time I try to search for something it will try to take me through another search engine. One that is untrustworthy. for example: login.live.com or signup.live.com, and even though I have Bing as my default search engine, sometimes it will even try to send me through with Google and it even says that Google is not trustworthy.
