I can't download flash 9

Everytime that I try to download flash 9 I get a beep and a
message tells me that my security settings don't allow
it...Help!!

#Download and save the Flash installer to the desktop.
#Close Firefox via File > Exit
#Start the Flash installer with a double-click on the desktop icon.
If you still get that error then check the Task Manager for hanging Firefox processes.

    I can't donwload the installer from Adobe because I keep getting "Connection timed out". I have;

    Scarletdaisies you can download the installation files for Flash CS6 from http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-product-downloads.html.  You can then choose to install the software in trial mode.
