I can't download icloud to my iphone or pc - it says not verified check your email account for instructions but I never receive an email...help?
Can anyone help me - I am trying to download and set up icloud on my new iphone 5c plus my new acer pc and it keeps blocking me by giving me a message that I cannot be verified and to check my email account for a message and instructions .....but a message never gets sent to my email account. How do I conquer this?

Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you. -

You can download and install the iCloud control panel for Windows, but you can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account on your PC.

I was facing issues with both backup and FB integration after the iOs 6 upgrade. Before then I did not have any issues with the iCloud backup service, but after a few days, I noticed that it was continually stuck at the Estimating time for the backup and it never progressed.
As any good techie would, I tackled the most pressing issue first . . . FB integration of course.
I had read in a separate post about this solution so tried it . . .
I deleted the original FB app and hard booted the phone. I then went into settings and entered the data for FB integration. Seconds later, I received a text message to my phone - already listed and verified in FB with a 6 digit code to re-enter instead of my password. Seconds later I was verified and then prompted to download the FB app. All backup and integrated.
Then I went into the iCloud backup, turned it off . . . and deleted the last backup. I then re-enabled backup . . . and although I thought I was going to face the same issue, after a few minutes, it moved on from Estimating time . . . to actually backing up. It is now a small way through the backup and seems to estimate that it will take another two hours to complete.
A good nights work. Backup and integration all sewed up. Good luck.

OK, a couple of things:
1. You do have the iCloud icon in your settings on your iPad, right?
2. You do have Photo Stream turned on on your iPad in the iCloud setting, right?
3. You do have an iPhone that has an iCloud icon in your settings that has Photo Stream turned on, right?
So, the only place left that you would see an iCloud icon would be on your Mac in the System Preferences, and you would want to have Photo Stream turned on there as well.
Can you let me know if any of the statements I have listed above are not true, or you do not have? Seems like you may have been given some misinformation about iCloud, Photo Stream, and how to set it all up.....
As far as other pictures go (those not in the photo stream - which is a temporary holding place that shares the photos among all your devices without having to do a sync), if you have pictures that you have uploaded to your computer from your iPhone or camera, etc. they are housed in iPhoto (if you are on a Mac). In order to get these pictures to display on your iPad, you need to sync your iPad to that Mac via iTunes.
Is any of this making any sense?

i´ve just got the now ios version 7.0 installed and now
i can´t agree on the terms and conditions to access icloud on my iphone cus it keeps saying that i have no server (wich i have) now that i´ve ios 7.0.

The thing is that i´ve agreeded when i was first asked, and then i´ve asked to be emailed those terms and now i can´t accedd the Icloud.
The problem is that it has my previous callendars and photos and i need to get them back.

Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010 along with syncing calendar events and notes, or with the address book app used by Windows Mail called Windows Contacts for syncing contacts only.
Before syncing contacts with an empty Windows Contacts address book, enter one contact in Windows Contacts. This will provide a merge prompt with the first sync for this data which you want to select.
