I can't download Xcode off of the Apple Store

Hi,
I am trying to download "XCode" onto my computer, an app that allows coding. It keeps saying that Xcode couldn't be downloaded on "Macintosh HD" because 10.8.4 or later is required. I tried seeing if I needed a software update and it says that my software is up to date. Please help! (My Mac is 10.7.5 and its saying that I'm up to date)
Please help!!! I need this app quick!!!

Clayton,
there are different versions of Xcode that run on different versions of OS X. You’ll probably need to log in to the Mac Dev Center to find the particular version of Xcode that runs on Lion.

Are you trying to update the original Xcode installer, is it still resident in your Applications folder? Because that is usually why a delta update is involved, it is updating a previous version of an app. If this is the case, then I would put the installer in the Trash and restart the Mac. Do not empty the Trash. Now see if the MAS will allow you to download the full installer for Xcode, since it can no longer detect the existence of the previous versions installer.

You will not lose everything on you phone if you backup prior to updating. You can do it maunaully (simply by syncing your phone with itunes) but when you update iTunes will prompt you do back up your phone anyways. After you've updated you can reload everything on to your phone with the itunes back up.

Apple will not help you track/find your Pod or report anything special to you. If you get an email saying that something was purchased with your iTunes account then that indicates someone is using your account. You should report it to the police and change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod.

Any apps you've had installed on your iPad can be downloaded again.
Go to App Store on your iPad and select 'Updates' and then tap on Purchased. You can then view all purchases made on the iPad or purchases made on other devices by selecting the 'Not on this iPad' tab.

It is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.

My iPad won't download video rentals from the apple store

I've tried to download two films from the apple store on a rental basis on my new iPad mini. When I try to download it just says there is an error and it can't be downloaded at this time and to tap to retry, when you retry the same thing happens. I did get it to download once but then it just got stuck at processing. Can anybody help as I can't remove them from my queue either.

To solve the problem, it helps to know what the problem is.
Are you getting any error messages? Are you tapping on the download button and nothing happens? Please explain what is happening.
Without knowing the full issue, generic troubleshooting you can do is go to settings>itunes and app store>appleID>sign out, then sign back in. Then press and hold the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time until the device restarts.

You cannot get Leopard from Apple any more. You will find copies from third-party vendors on eBay, Amazon, or Google.

If the iPhone is still under warranty, you make make an appointment at the Genius Bar for them to evaluate the phone. If the phone is out of warranty, you can decide if you want to purchase an out of warranty replacement, $149 +tax for the iPhone 4 in the US, or you can Google for 3rd party repair.
Apple does not repair phones on site, if something is wrong, they replace, either warranty or out of warranty.
