I can't enter to Manage In-App Purchases

when i click Manage In-App Purchases ,it will show this error:

why ?.................

I try to make an in-app purchase and I get a message saying could not complete purchase and that I should go to the support site. I have a grist card and I still can't make an in-app purchase. Why can't I make an in app purchase?

I think it is telling you to contact itunes support, which is exactly what you should do

As RG says, if you're in the US, you haven't allowed for the sales taxes charged by your city and state. You'll need to buy something less expensive, add a credit card, or redeem an additional iTunes card.

Can't enter password to update apps

iP4 with latest iOS updates.
Well this is strange.
When I try to install app updates, the little box shows up to enter my password, but the keyboard does not show up,so I can't enter the password.
Anyone else seen this?

Why can't I buy an In-APP purchase? It says that I can not connect to the iTunes Store and that I will have to contact iTunes Store Support.

Hey everyone
With my iPhone 4S I purchased the NAVIGON Europe App, downloaded needed files and maps within the App and all worked fine. But when I try to buy certain add-ons via In-App purchase I get a window telling me that it can'T connect to the iTunes store and that I have to contact iTunes store support.
This is what I have already tried to make it work:
Reset my iphone via iTunes (set it up as new iPhone)
Changed itunes store payment option from Click&Buy to credit card
restarted iPhone several times
scratched my head
checked restrictions under settings in iPhone: all is correct; in-App purchases allowed
chewed my lip
finally sent a message to the itunes store support.. waiting for their answer
no changes so far. I still get the same error message.
Any ideas?

No, it's not currently possible to transfer content from one account to another account - all items remain tied to the account that originally bought/downloaded them, so they will remain tied to your account.
As long as your account is authorised on the computer's iTunes that he/she syncs to, and those items are in its library, then he/she should be able to continue to have them on their device (though only your account will be able to download updates to those apps)

Why i can't report problem about in-app purchase on iTune stores.

I buy in-app purchase in game "contract killer 2" but it said purchase fail. I buy it again and again but it still said purchase fail. Next time my bank called me to warning about paying from credit card for 100$. Until this morning I recieve Email from apple about cost of in-app purchase. It has 2 bills for 100$, so I open Emails to report problem from iTunes but I can't do anything because when I click report problem it open browse and open apple support pages all times. I have a $20 credit on my iTunes account from Gift Cards and I have no credit card. Why can't I make an in-app purchase?

I've never had a credit card on my iTunes account because I mostly purchase free apps and because I don't own a credit card. If I want to buy an app I use a family members Apple ID. I had two $10 iTunes gift cards and I put them as credits to my iTunes account. Now I'm trying to make an in-app purchase of something worth 19.99 and it says that my iTunes account has insufficient funds. The billing information appears and I choose "none" as I always have for it to charge it to my credit balance but again it says that I have insufficient funds. I checked in my iTunes account and it still says that I have a $20 credit balance.

You have a Puerto Rico address on your account ? From a quick search I've found one site from somebody in Puerto Rico that includes a screenshot for an app receipt showing tax of 7 cents added to a 99 cent purchase. Are you able to view the purchase history on the account that you've been using, and see what prices show on them (e.g. if the store's listed price or price plus tax) : Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, then 'see all' link next to the Purchase History section.

I bought a "no ads" in-app purchase for a game. At first the ads were removed. After a few software updates, the ads come back.
When I asked for a refund, apple refers me to the developer's web site. When I go to the web site, there is no way to ask for support.
