I can't find a way to get app store back on my imac

The App Store was deleted by an idiot and now, I can't seem to find anywhere to download it. I tried to get the old update, but it won't work since my software is up to date (or so it says).
Can anyone tell me how I can get my app store back?

The only way you could get Lion for free was if you had purchased a new Mac within a certain number of days before Lion's release. Buyers could then get a free upgrade to Lion. That offer is long gone. Otherwise, it's never been free.

Make sure your Mac can run Mavericks > OS X Mavericks: System Requirements
v10.9 Mavericks no longer available from the App Store but may be able to acquire a redemption code from Apple via email.
Open the App Store. Select either Features, Top Charts, or Categories in the menu top of the window.
Then click Support under Quick Links right of the App Store window then click Contact Support.
Once you have the redemption code, click Redeem under Quick Links.

i have this method:

    }I get 3 warnings. All about:
Type safety: The method add(Object) belongs to the raw type List. References to generic type List<E> should be parameterized
I can't find a way to rewrite this method (Java5), that i get no warnings compiling it and calling it with:
List<AnyClass> list = new ArrayList<AnyClass>();
list.add(new AnyClass());
AnyClass ac = new AnyClass();
insert(list, 0, ac);May be you know another way to insert an element to a List?

it, but what if you define the ArrayList as follows?
List<Object> list = new ArrayList<Object>();
That should get rid of the warnings.

How do I remove snapdo, as I can't find a way to get into firefox settings to remove it.?

I have tried just about everything, but I still can't stop snapdo from overriding firefox. I can't get into firefox settings to remove it as snapdo has taken it over and I cannot find a way in. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

A program called "tudosearch" interferes with my Firefox - it always comes up when I try to open Firefox or if Firefox tries to call up another program. I can not find a way to get rid of it.

When I try to open Firefox, a window comes up saying that Firefox can not run Tudosearch. I then have to exit this window before I can go on. It also comes up when I try to go to another website while in
Firefox. I can not find the program "Tudosearch" on my computer therefore I can not remove it. Any suggestions?

I have tried everything I could to fix this, but some things require actually being on Firefox, and since I cannot get on, I cannot click on the tabs to do it. I have even totally uninstalled firefox, and that has not fixed this. I still get the same message that firefox is running and I need to close it or restart (which I have also tried dozens of times). I have removed things like Java, and that has not helped either. If I cannot even get on line in firefox, how can I fix this. I am not crazy about using internet explorer, but right now, it is my only option. I even tried to start in safe mode, and the same message box pops up!

In Firefox 3.6 on Windows you can hide the menu bar via "View > Toolbars" or via the right click context menu on a toolbar.
Press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the menu bar.
Go to "View > Toolbars" or right-click the menu bar or press Alt+V T to select which toolbars to show or hide.

I can not find a way to get a refund.

I have went on the App Store to get a refund but the links take me in a circuitous route (App Store > iTunes Store > website, etc., etc. but the steps displayed on this page... http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1933
... do not appear for me. Instead they take me back to a FAQ list rather than allow me to comment on my problem or request a refund.
How can I get a refund on an app that does not function as it was described.
I have contacted the author directly but he said I must get the refund directly through the App Store since that's how I purchased it.

That was the link that Apple should have made very prominent, but unfortunately, like so many sites, you have to click-and-click-and-click, etc. to find it.
I think they do it so you won't ask for a refund.
It would be so much better if they would simply allow the developers to post demos (as so many people have noted).

I've search the forums and tried the suggestions of giving the TT app solitary use of the Location Services, resetting my iTouch 4G and my New iPad Retina each, and still no GPS connection, whether I try using an AT&T MiFi or tethering to my wife's iPad mini with Verizon cellular showing LTE as a HotSpot.
Or do I just intact my VISA card issuer to deny the purchase?

It is technically an iPhone, not iPad app (but should still work on the iPad, I believe). Search the app store for "Keynote Remote" and then change the view to iPhone Only (menu at top of screen).

I am getting a message that my Flash Player is out of date but after downloading it, I get a message that it needs to be uploaded from the app store. I go to app store but don't see it anywhere?

Adobe flash player is not on the Mac App Store. Go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and download the installer as a DMG file.
Then open the DMG file and launch the installer in order to install the plugin.
If the installer for Adobe flash is suggesting you go to the Mac App Store then I would be concerned that it isn't an official installer.
