Malbeomkim you may be able to download the software under your account.  Please see Find a download link on Adobe.com for information on how to download purchased software titles.  If it is not available under your account then I would recommend ordering a replacement DVD from our support team at Contact Customer Care.

If you download it again, you can make a bootable USB stick to install using this free program.

So, the server then has Deski , right ?
Have you checked add/Remove programs >Modify for BO setup ?
Otherwise, un-install from Client, and try to install again.

  • Can't find iTunes binary install file after download

I am trying to download the most recent version of iTunes (11.1.3 for Windows (64-bit)) to my 64-bit Windows 7 machine. (I currently don't have any version of iTunes installed on this machine.) When I click the Download button, I get a dialog box for the itunes64Setup.exe binary file, with the options "Save" and "Cancel." When I click "Save," the dialog box closes, but I don't get any subsequent dialog asking me where I want to save it to or anything. I looked in my Downloads folder, but it wasn't there. I then searched my whole computer for that file, but it doesn't appear to be anywhere on my machine.
So, how can I get this file to actually download to my machine, so I can install iTunes from it? I have Administrator access for my machine, so I know that's not the problem....
Thanks, in advance, for any help!

I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer?

  • HT1222 When I try to install iTunes 10.7 it says it can't find the iTune64.msi file. I can't seem to find a replacement download for that file.

I have ITunes installed on my PC which runs Windows Vista in support of my IPad.  When I try to install the update for ITunes 10.7 version, it says it can't find the "itunes64.msi" file.  How do I correct this, or where can I find a download for the itunes64.msi file?

    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):
    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459
    (2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get aCode 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
    (5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Download Java EE SDK, install it and finally in the lib directory you'll find the javaee.jar. It contains the whole javax package you need.

Where can I find the a downloaded file by Software update?
For example is there any way to find a package which is downloaded but is not installed(because the installation failed) (in this case 10.5.5) and I don't want to download it once again neither manually nor with software update.

Failed installs usually remove the package, just as a proper install removes the package
All that remains for a proper installation is a Receipt in on of the following directories:
    ~/Library/Receipts (for user-specific installs)
    Macintosh HD/Library/Receipts
for system-wide installations, including OS-X updates.
and I don't want to download it once again neither manually nor with software update.
If it did not install, there is no Receipt and the downloaded file is not on your system
If you don't want to see it again in automatic updates, put it on ignore.

  • Error updating QuickTime7.  can't find the quicktime.msi file?

I get an error message when I try to update my version of Quicktime7.  It apparently can't find the quicktime.msi file in the temp directory?

    First try this fixit:
    http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall
If that doesn't work you may need the the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility
Unfortunately the Microsoft Installer Cleanup utility has been withdrawn by Microsoft because of compatibility issues with Microsoft Office so you will need to find a copy elsewhere – the installer is msicuu2.exe. You need version 3.
    Google  msicuu2.exe download
mydigitallife in the above search has a copy of version 3
Check for malware before installing it.
After installing, To run the program  – All Programs>>Windows Install
If you get  permission denied error, Try Run as Administrator – an option if you right click on the program.
Try uninstalling Quicktime, this will probably fail, don't worry
delete the following folder/files (I am assuming 32 bit XP, if you have something else it may be different, post back with info)
    C:\Program Files\QuickTime\
    C:\Windows\System32\QuickTime
    C:\Windows\System32\QuickTimeVR
    Download QuickTime onto your PC
    http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
Run the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility. (Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up)
Remove any instance you find of Quicktime
    Restart your PC
    Install Quicktime

  • Where can I find the Brushes (abr) file format?

I've found the Photoshop File Format Specs at: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-apps/photoshop/fileformatashtml
But unfortunately they don't include the Brushes (abr) file format.
Also, the SDK FAQ references a form you are supposed to fill to ask for this, but there's no such a form anymore.
Where can I find information about this?
    Thanks in advance

  • My Macbook Pro can't find any of my files!

    Hi there,
Since yesterday, my Mac suddenly can't find any of my files anymore. All the folders are there, but all the files are missing. There are 2 big question marks on the top of the finder window and when I click on them it says that files cannot be found. I have no clue what to do now. The only thing I did before this happened, was deleting my downloads folder, but nothing more. It's weird that all the folders are visible but the content not. Anyone experienced this too? What can one do in a case like this?
    Thank you for any help!
    Raphaela

Did you run a disk check on it? You might have data corruption. The big question mark on the top of the finder window, I believe is a short cut, not the actual file. Did the actual file move? Did you rename the file? Did you change anything, like your username? Did KIDS use your machine? KIDS can do some silly stuff to your computer without even realizing it. I know this option may sound OFF BASE, but do you have a faulty trackpad, or use excessive hand lotion? (I have seen both of these cause undesired file moves, renames, etc...)
I would run a disk check, and if available, use Disk Warrior, Drive Genius or similar to rebuild the directory.
If that does not help, I would search for the file using Spotlight, or a 3rd party app like Find Any File.

  • How do I install OS 10.7 NOT 10.7.5 on a mac running Snow Leopard 6.8  i.e. where can I find the original install app for Lion OS 10.7.0?

I'm running 10.6.8 Snow Leopard fine on my MacPro1,1, Dual-Core Intel Xeon, 2.66 GHz  Mac, but I need to install Lion 10.7.0 to run a program I need. How do I install OS 10.7 NOT 10.7.5, because I get this message when I try to install 10.7.5, which I've downloaded:"This update requires Mac OS X version 10.7." on a mac running Snow Leopard 10.6.8, So i need to install the original 10.7.0 over the 10.6.8  i.e. where can I find the original install app for Lion OS 10.7.0? The original Lion 10.7. is not avaialable for purchase from the App store or anywhere,  even C-Net . Where can I find it to purchase?
Also it seems I cannot install Mountain Lion over 10.6.8 as advertised. When I go to purchase I get this message: "We could not complete your purchase. OS X Mountain Lion is not compatible with this computer."   I think my computer can handle it (specs above) Are there any workarounds to this?

If you're getting a "This update requires Mac OS X version 10.7" message, than you have the updater and not the full installer. Go to your Purchases section of the Mac App Store and you should see the full version there. But it may be 10.7.5, though in my system is shows as being from 2011 which would appear to be the original version.
As to Mountain Lion, that's supported only on the Early 2008 Mac Pro or newer.
    Regards.

  • Can't find library (xml, itl) files

    Hi,
I can't find the library database files (*.xml, *.itl) that are supposed to be in the ..My Music/itunes folder. I use Explorer to look at the itunes folder (which does exist in the My Music folder -- all my music files are in the My Music folder), but it shows no files. Also reports that the itunes folder is empty. I have used the View option tab to tell Explorer to show hidden and system files.
What seems strange is that iTunes works just fine. I can see and play all my music, it has all my playlists, etc. My understanding is that info is all in the databases, but I can't find them!
Another odd thing, when I click on the ../My Music/iTunes folder in explorer it takes several minutes with the hourglass icon before it actually opens.
Searching the discussion forums, I see that I could export the .xml file and then use it to recreate the .itl file. I think that some info is lost when you do this -- such as play counts and date added. In anycase, I'm reluctant to do this since everything seems to be working just fine. I would however like to know where the database files are!
    Any thoughts?
    Dell   Windows XP Pro

Well, I bit the bullet and exported my library from itunes into a different location, moved the existing iTunes folder out of My Music, restarted iTunes, imported the saved xml library, and it looks like everything is fine. My library and playlists show up fine in iTunes, and the two library database files now appear in the iTunes folder in My Music. Can't really say what happened, but looks like this fixed it.
