I can't find DPS Tools panels in InDesign CC

I installed InDesign CC and it's updated, but I can't find the panels Folio Builder and Overlays in the Window menu.
I had alread uninstalled and installed again, but it doesn't work.
I work in a PC with Windows with windows 7 professional.
I don't have other versions of InDesign installed on my pc.
What coud I do?

I uninstalled all CC apps (including Adobe Content Viewer) and then installed again and now that's OK. Now I can see the panels.

Can't find Comment tool nor preferences nor Getting Started nor the version etc

I am starting to try and work with Adobe Reader for Windows 8.1 but I find it so streamlined as to be unworkable. I have checked some You Tube videos and the support subjects but apparently everything I need is hidden away somewhere.
I can't find what version I am using.

I can't find the Annotations Panel
I can't find the Comment Tool
I can't find the Commenting Panel
I believe the apps bar to be along the bottom but when I pull that up and click options I can access "info" and that is it. On the upper right hand corner I can minimalize or close. That is it. I can change from single to double page and I can set it for continuous but nothing else. And disconcertingly when I enter these questions in the support search they are not found. It's official. This is the worst program I have ever seen. You and I have gone back and forth many times and the amount of time I am wasting trying to get the most elemental tasks accomplished is not to be believed. How is Adobe still in business?
The first and MOST IMPORTANT thing is where is the MANUAL . I cannot anything that helps me. and NO I can not find in the Control panel the version I am supposed to be using. But AGAIN the MAIN THING is for me to get some help with the rudimentary aspects of the program. Unfortunately your program came with my windows package but because you guys decided to hide all the functionality I can't use it. I can't print, Your help and support is utterly worthless since it starts from the premise that I can find the buttons or controls necessary. I cannot. I can now find how to add a note, but I discovered that accidentally. I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THE MANUAL is or, if there is none and it could be dicey since I CAN'T FIND THE VERSION i AM using is there a tutorial or ANYBODY OUT THERE who can help me figure out how to do the basic stuff. You need to be in Expert Mode to see the full toolbox. Click the word Expert at the top of the PSE window to go there.

How can I find my custom panel in CS5 using java script

-I made an empty panel using Adobe Configurator 2 and then exported it to /Panels folder.
-My custom panel is now in photoshop and works.
-I added a simple code to onPanelInit():

Now instead of creating a new window like I did above, I want to use the new custom panel and add a text to it.
The problem is, how do I do that in java? Where can I find the panel that I should assign the text to?
I know that you can add the text in Configurator, or you can edit the .xml file and add the button there, but my
plan is to create a panel where i can add and remove buttons dynamically and that's why I have to do that in java.
Any help would be appreciated!

Use Runtime.exec() to run a OS specific command which retrieves OS specific info.
Or use JNI to access a OS specific API which returns the info you want.

Can't find 3d tool in photoshop cs6 extented?

We purchaseed adobe design and web premium cs6, which inclueded photoshop extended, in last week. When we try to use 3D tool in photoshop we can't find with enable. How can i enable the tool. the following images showing without 3d tool. I did deactivate and avtivate again. I have only system build graphic card. Is it need to fix additional graphic card? what graphic card is suitable for using 3D tool? below given my system information.give me the suggestion.

I just upgraded to the newer version and I can't find the tools option to enable my other proxy. What happened to tools? How do I downgrade to the old firefox?

I can't find any of the tabs for tools to switch to my manual proxy. Also, it disable a lot of tabs I use to have.

You can now find "Options" and all the other common menu commands by clicking on the orange "Firefox" button. Or you can also tap the "alt" key on your keyboard to bring back the old menus like File, Edit, and Tools.

Can't install DPS tools for CS6

trying a couple options - can't seem to install from the indesign (UPDATES) selection under Help - as it's grey'd out
downloaded (AdobeDigitalPublishingPatch-CS6-29.0.0.dmg) - getting this error "Update Failed - Please contact your Administrator if you wish to apply updates on your machine. Updates have been suppressed by the Administrator"...i am the admin. have you had any of these issues. i'm just trying to install the DPS tools and folio pieces for indesign CS6.

Where is the "tools menu"? Many of the help topics say to go here, but I cannot find it. Searching help for it lists 1088 things, but all of the ones I looked at assume you can already find the tools menu. Where is it?

There really isn't more detail. What sequence of things do I click to find this "tools menu"? I am using Firefox 5.0.1.

Or put the phone in airplane mode as quickly as possible and then see if you can import the pics to the computer or do a iTunes backup.
