Help please! When I try to sync my iPhone it tells me it can't find most of my files for the songs in my iTunes library, although the songs are there!!

You made a purchase and exhausted the credit on your card before it processed. All purchases are final. Contact iTunes Store support. You need to settle up before you can purchase or download anything else.

How can I get the BPM information to populate for the songs in my iTunes library?

I'm trying to create playlists for my Aquatics classes as well as for walking. Is there something that needs to be set in iTunes? Do I need to purchase additional software?

iTunes does not measure BPM, so you'll either need to type in the information yourself or use a third-party product to determine the BPM. If you search MacUpdate for "BPM", you'll find a few such utilities, though the automatic utilities are in my experience often not particularly accurate.

I currently run Vista Home Premium SP1 32-Bit and do so because there appears to only be 32-Bit drivers on Tosiba's website:

That's rubbish. Vista 64-bit runs fine with 2Gb and my laptop supports up to 4Gb.
We'll never move on to 64-Bit if companies don't provide drivers.
I'll look at those sites. I've had trouble installing nVidia drivers from nVidia website.
I have to use the one provided by Toshiba.
Hopefully I won't find this when trying 64-Bit. My plan is to go 64-Bit with Windows 7 so no rush just yet.
As I understand it Vista drivers will work with Windows 7.
Thankfully when I reinstalled Vista 32-Bit not long ago using an OEM from Technet I only need 2-3 drivers from Toshiba website, most of it they give to download you don't need at all.

Have you looked at the settings in iTunes. Is music syncing manual or automatic. More info please. I would try removing all restrictions as an initial test.

The show duplicates/show exact duplicates features have been left out of iTunes 11. Rumor suggests they will be restored in the next build. In the meantime I have written two Windows scripts to make playlists of Duplicates and Exact Duplicates, either from a selection of tracks or the entire library.
If you want to manually remove duplicate tracks use shift-delete to remove selected tracks from the library as well as the playlist. Keep one of each repeated group of files and don't send to the recycle bin unless you are sure that there are multiple files on the disc as opposed to multiple entries to the same file.
There is also my DeDuper script if you don't want to do it by hand. This can preserve ratings, play counts, playlist membership, etc. which are lost in a manual clean up. Please take note of the warning to backup your library before deduping. See this thread for background on deduping and the script.

Can't add my itunes library to my new 30GB video iPod... help please

I have had a 20GB ipod with itunes. I had 822 songs on that itunes library, and just today got an 30GB ipod video. I want the songs already in my library to go into my new ipod. How can I do that without putting all those cds back in and downloading everything again song-by-song?

If the songs are in iTunes on your computer then just connect your new iPod, it will by default automatically update from your iTunes library. If they are not in iTunes but are on your original iPod you'll need to get them back onto the hard drive and into iTunes.
There is a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive on Windows posted in this thread: MacMuse - iPod to iTunes
There are also a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the files from your iPod and return them to iTunes, this is just a selection. Have a look at the web pages and documentation for these, they are generally quite straightforward.

How can a consistent volume level be set for all the songs in an iTunes library?

The volume of the songs in my iTunes library varies significantly when played on my iPod. Is there any way of setting a consistent/equal volume for the songs in my library so that I don't have to change the volume level when listening to my iPod?

HT1660 Can I geotag the songs in my iTunes library?

I would like the ability to geotag the songs in my iTunes library - essentially Places for iTunes. Is there currently any way to do this? Any plans for it? Once I thought of it, it seemed so obvious that I could not believe it was not already possible.
There are some music streaming utilities that do something similar for social networks, but I am not interested in that.

That usually indicates an incomplete download. Did you try tapping the song to see if it would continue to download and play? Also be sure you are either connected to wifi, or have Use Cellular Data turned on in Settings>iTunes & App Store so you can access it over your cellular data connection.
