I can't find my Adobe Lightroom

I downloaded the trial version, but unlike the trial version of Photoshop and Illustrator@, Lightroom came withOUT a folder, it was just an icon. Now I can't find it, but Creative Cloud says I DO have it installed. What can I do?

    You should not have to uninstall Premiere Elements 12/12.1 in order to install and run Premiere Elements 13 on the same computer unless your computer is overloaded and the computer resources are compromised. Just use one program at a time.
    Can you still use 12/12.1 on this same computer that will not let you use 13?
    What specific Window operating system are you using?
    Let us go through the usual drill...
    1. Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
    2. Are you using a pen and tablet device instead of a mouse?
    3. Did you install the program with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
    4. Disable the SLCache Folder found in Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit
    Local Disk C
    Program Files (x86)
    Common Files
    Adobe
    and in the Adobe Folder should be the SL Cache Folder that you delete or disable by renaming the Folder
    from SLCache to SLCacheOLD.
    5. Are you running the program as Administrator and is the latest version of QuickTime installed on the same
    computer as Premiere Elements 13?
    Let us start here and then decide what next.

  • In Blurb trying to upload an album that I have prepared in Adobe, but I can't find any Adobe files that way.

    I am in Blurb, trying to upload an album that I have prepared in Adobe ELements 10.  To upload I need to navigate in my computer to whatever Adobe folder has the album, but I can't find any Adobe files that way.  So I wanted to save the album to
    an external drive where I could be sure to find them for the upload
    But when I tried to copy the photo album, the dialog box said that the photos will be deleted from the main program.  I didn't like the sound of that, so I chose "Backup" which seems to have copied everything from Adobe to my eternal drive, not just the photo album that I want.  To make matters worse, but exported folder named for my photo album is not the group of photos that I assembled in Adobe.
    How do I upload directly from Adobe the program on my hard drive so I can be sure it is the correct assemblage of photos?

    The album photos are just the originals; there are no special copies in the album--it's just a list. Select the photos in the album, then go to File>Export as New Files and send the new copies where you want them.

    Like most online purchases you would normally receive the order number before the order is processed so you should be patient and allow some time for the processing to happen.  If you feel you have waited long enough then you should contact Adobe Support directly and try to get information on your order since you now have a reference for it that you can share with them.

    Hello Harish,
    To find the translation of Adobe form is nothing but to find the labels or texts used in this adobe form in various languages. This will give you an idea on how many languages your adobe form has been translated.
    So to find the translations in different languages, you have to go to Context node of the Adobe form. Then go through the text nodes which are used as labels. These will be normally stored as Standard texts in SO10.
    For example. Take the text name of any one text node.
    1) Go to SE38.
    2) Type program RSTXTRAN.
    3) Let the Text key - object be TEXT.
    4) Then enter this text name in the field Text key - name. I have put the sample standard text ZTEST_ADOBE as shown below.
    5) Let the Text key - ID be ST.
    6) In Text key - language, Enter *  (i.e enter the Asterisk) because you want to find out all the languages.
    The screen parameters will be as shown below.
    7) Now Execute this report.
    8) It will show all the various languages in which this particular standard text is used which is nothing but the Adobe form is being used in these many languages. For example, the standard text ZTEST_ADOBE is used in 3 languages, English, German and Spanish as shown below. It will look as shown below.
    Note: This will give you the more or less the overall idea of the form that has been used in these many languages. But also make sure the standard text with particular language is also linked with the Transport Request. Because there are chances that the text was created in a particular language but was never used.

    Encore has been discontinued and there is no CC version.  You need to download and install Premiere Pro CS6 from inside Creative Cloud.  When you do, Encore CS6 tags along for the ride and is installed along with PP.  You can then uninstall PP leaving Encore active on your computer.  Thinking the entire world is switching to streaming as the primary means of video distribution is incredibly short-sighted on Adobe's part, IMHO.

    What has CC to do with any of your previous serial numbers? That aside, if you never have registered them, then they are simply not there except for whatever paperwork or software boxes you may have. Adobe doesn't know what you don't know/ never told them. Feel free to contact serial & activation support directly by web chat or phone.

  • I can download (from cloud) Adobe Lightroom 4 but it will not open - error 0x000007b

    I can download, from Cloud, other Adobe products BUT when I download Lightroom 4 it will not open and gives an error message "This application was unable to start correctly (0x000007b).
    Previously I had purchased, singularily, Lightroom 3 and it worked well for almost a year but suddently when I would try to open I received the same error message as above.   I have tried MULTIPLE courses to try to fix this but cannot.

    Thank you for your reply.   Other adobe apps are not a problem, i.e., Adobephotoshop, Adobe Acrobat Xi, etc.   The version 3 that was initially purchased worked fine for several months and then reverted to the error message agove.   When I purchased Cloud and downloaded LR4 the download was fine but again would not open.   I have spent hours on the phone with tech help from India and it was a massive waste of time....   I ran a repair on Windows, downloaded 32bit version of LR3 and it seems to work some...could not find 32bit of LR4.    I have installed and removed the program more than 10 times.   I do not know what "event viewer" is nor where I would find it.   Disappointed in the system and appalled with tech support.

Anyway, to answer your question, I just bought the Acrobat 11 Pro program and installed it on my main computer. I need it on my work computer (Microsoft Surface Pro 3) but have no CD drive to install it. I therefore am looking for the driver online.  I did go to the link provided by John Waller above. Unless you are seeing something that I'm not, there is no file available to download for English. I first went to the site (again provided by John), I clicked on Acrobat 11 Pro. I need a windows version to download. As you can see, under "windows" there is no English file available. I only see a file available for windows and Mac next to the Spanish language.
