I can't find option in iTunes to update the 28apps my iPad says there are updates for

Old version of iTunes had a section in the Apps section (when syncing) that said 'update all'.
It would go get all the updates for your apps.
Now I can't find that option. The iPad says 28 apps have updates but no way in itunes to
get them. How do you update the apps if your ipad has no access to Wifi or 3g service?

Ok don't make fun of my musical tastes (or lack thereof) but here's what it looks like in both the iPad app(for sharing music) and the videos app(for sharing tv shows, movies, etc)

I found a way to get to my data. So do not need remedy at this time.
fwiw, I changed my ios7.04 setup answer of restore from itunes to new iphone. Eventually that allowed me to set up icloud, then turn off find iphone, restore. Very strange ios update.

Have you jailbroken this device? This will make the iPhone not talk to the Software Update Server (that signs and accepts software updates) please refer to the following link? Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build"
The iPhone will talk to the software update servers, just need to change the host files, it's a simple process, sorry if you were confused about the wording in to top?

Can't open mail on Facebook, can't write more than 2 lines in the status on Facebook and there are no "older posts" showing on Facebook

This is regarding Facebook: I can no longer open mailbox to receive or send. The result is a white page with the Facebook index on the left. I can no longer write more than 2 lines in status updates. Lastly, the "older posts" that is usually at the bottom of the page is no longer there. Incidentally, all these things work in IE. There's nothing in Facebook referring to these issues except to say it doesn't support Firefox 3.6.8.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

ITunes says there are updates. App Store tells me no updates.

Since 10.8 my software update doent work correctly.
Fix spotlight, i think my problems depends on the spotlight bug. Because without spotlight software update will not work.

Reinstalling Lion/Mountain Lion Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. How do I update my Photoshop CS5? I can't use the automatic update in the program as it says there are no new updates.

I have also gone to adobe and tried to download the latest update there, but when I load the zip file, and try to open the .exe, it just gives me an "error loading updater workflow". Help. I would like to be able to eventually use my new camera in photoshop and lightroom.

I am having a similar problems, mine is: it says there are updates available, i download them, then sync ........rever thing looks like it syncs find, no error messages......but the apps on my phone still arnt updated......the app store on my phone says there is updates available, but if i update on my phone i have a whole new set of problems.....here is a link to another post i made bout the other problems....

Mel, Sure, although that is "copying," not "burning." It is easily done, as follows:
Insert the USB stick into your computer, and open it up so it looks like a folder. Highlight the songs you want in iTunes, and drag them into the folder.
If you normally run iTunes in full screen mode, make it smaller so that you can do the drag.

iTunes on the iPad is just the Store. When the tell you to look under help in iTunes they are most likely referring to iTune on your computer. That itunes has a Help Menu.
WMA is Microsoft's proprietary format for Audio files, it stands for Windows Media Audio.
For Video it would be WMV.
To play WMA or WMV videos you would need to get an App that supports these formats. There are many in the App Store. I personally Like Moli Player for video. I'm sure there are others for the Audio format.
