I can't find the line tool. Where is it?

I am new to Photoshop CS6. I was using CS2.
I can't seem to find the line tool. Can someone please tell me how to get the line tool?

The obvious or not so obvious first. Depending on your knowledge. When you open a tiff, jpg, or camera' raw format they can be opened in Adobe Camera raw first which has identicle controls to lightroom's develop module.
Starting with I beleive CS5 maybe 4, some of the tools made their way into photoshop it self. Take a look at the camera lens filter, the Image>Adjustment menu or the adjustment layers which now support vibrance for example.

CS3 -- I can't find the Eraser Tool

I am new to CS3, but I'm not a total greenie in photo editing after working with Jasc & Corel over the past few years. This one is starting to make me feel stupid. Maybe I'm having a brain cramp. I see the Background Eraser Tool, but after searching high and low, I can't find the Eraser Tool. Where is the little bugger hiding???

Click and hold (or ALT+Click) on ALL the icons in the Toolbox that show a little tiny triangle on their buttons. LOTs of grouped (some call them "hidden". I don't...) tools.
Anywhere you see just about ANY little icon, button, arrow or tiny triangle, try clicking and/or ALT+Clicking on them to see what secrets they hold.
Also, have a look at EVERY Menu item, and give them a try. Just don't "Save" and close your image and you will always be able to go back to your original unedited state by clicking the image at the very top of your History Palette.
Don't forget to give the Help files a thorough scan while you're exploring, too.

Did you purchase it from the iTunes Store or did you do the purchase from the App Store on the iPad?
Go to Search, and type in Pages, if nothing shows your iPad hasn't downloaded it.
Tap on App Store > Updates > Purchases, any sign of installation in progress? It is reasonably large so may take a while.

3. Menu for the hotspot tools opens (see screenshot, where I used "Polygon")
4. Click into the image (see screenshot) > Give an "alt" for your image, if you want.

Where can I find the ODI tools OdiFtpGet and OdiFtpPut?

They are described in the tools documentation, but I only see ODIInvokeWebService,ODIReadMail,ODIReadMail under the Internet tools options. The version of ODI I am using is 10.1.3.4.0.

I can't find the 3d tool under the windows tab in Photoshop. I thought I used it before but I cannot find it now?

I am taking an online course for Graphic Design from Penn Foster. I have been using Photoshop CS6 which was included with the class. It seemsw like I used the 3d tool before but I sure can't find it where the book tells me to look - which is clicking on the window tab. Any help?

There are two flavors of perpetual CS6 Standard and Extended. Only Extended flavor has 3D enabled if you have the required GPU and at lease 512MB of VRAM and that it enabled in your Photoshop preferences Performance page

I am trying to use Acrobat Pro version XI to crop my PDF but can't find the "PAGES" tools

I have a 1 page PDF that is 9.5 inches wide with about 1.5 inches of margin. I want to crop off the extra white space and center the image so that it fits on a normal letter sized page. However, I can't find any sort of crop or trim command in Acrobat. When I google cropping a PDF I find references to a crop command that is in some sort of "pages" collection of tools but I don't have any pages menu either. Is there a way to use Acrobat Pro for cropping ? How?
I also have photoshop and have tried importing and cropping there but when I export the image back to PDF format I find that its 10X the size it started. Its important for my purposes that the file be small.

Well it was installed yesterday and I spent hours trying to find the option as virtually the first thing I did when I launched it, so I'm quite sure I would have remembered if I changed it. However it was installed by a push from our corporate software distribution system so maybe that has a way of reconfiguring some options. Why they'd bother is a mystery to me though. I have used Elements 9 using the warp tool but I have up-graded to Elements 11 and cannot locate it.

You will find warp tool in Liquify filter. Open your image and go to "Filter menu>Distort>Liquify".

I use PSE 9 and i just recently encountered a problem trying to crop a photo. I can't find the crop tool. What am I doing wrong?

I have been using PSE for quite a while but I am not a power user. I often use the crop tool to trim unwanted elements and set the size for the paper I want to use. When I opened a photo to edit yesterday the crop tool was not there. There is a tool named recompose but if I click it I cannot make any adjustments. I do not know if other functions are affected and I have no idea how to check them. I have no idea what caused this problem and would appreciate any assistance in resolving the problem.

Which operating system are you using?
The Crop Tool shares the same tool slot in the toolbox with the Recompose Tool.
You should be able to Left click and hold on the toolbox icons to see the fly-out menus for the tools that share the same slots.
Tools in the toolbox that have other tools in the same slot have a little black arrow to the right of the tool icons.
One can also use Shift+C to switch between the Crop and Recompose Tools.

I need to create public and private keys for security certificate and I can't find the certificate. Where is it?

I purchased a security certificate, and the site tells me that it was successfully installed. I need to export the certificate so that I can create the public and private keys, but I cannot find the certificate to do so.

Publish the site to MobileMe But Can't Find the URL of Where It Is

I remember purchasing iWeb 08 and MobileMe. It showed me the files where the site was published. So I can have domain forwarding turned on.
Now with iWeb '11 (no difference in the options) and MobileMe. I can not locate the files or see the URL of where the files were published. and web.me.com/<mobileme name> does not work.
What is the Personal Domain URL from mobileme? I tried to add a domain name and it redirected me to the non-mobileme site that I setup already. I want to forward the mobileme URL to my domain name.
I published two separate sites to see them each to each individual URL.
This is what I am expecting: http://web.me.com/MobileMeAccount_Name/SiteName
Is this still valid?

By url's, do you mean iWeb url's? They should work if you have named your sites differently. If you have not, then they will override each other. Look at your sites - http://web.me.com/username/sitename.
If you mean domain names linked to your MobileMe account, then how many do you have and how are they forwarded? You can only have one CNAME per MMe account and all the rest must be forwarded using web forwarding with or without masking.
A little more info would be helpful.
