I can't find the port in other PC ??
while I change the VI from my PC to another, my program (read serial port by using visa) can't find the port, I push refresh but nothing happens despite the 'COM' is installed.
I resolve the problem I can read the port now it's all about the version of NI visa.
But now I'm communicating with a schneider PLC with serial port through visa (well configurated : baude rate, stop bits...) but nothing happen in 'read buffer' when the program is running !!!

I installed the SOA suite in default. I just remembered that I configued 7001 for the admin server. When i started the soa_server1, i passed two parameters: soa_server1 http://localhost:7001 and bam_server1 http://localhost:7001 for the bam_server1. But i didn't configue the port for those two servers. Is the default port for soa_server1 8001? In which configuration file i can find that?
Please help me out, thanks very much for your help.

I found a video on downloading a video from Youtube without downloading additional software. It looks straightforward enough. Problem is, the top bar of my screen does not have the Firefox button that others refer to. Other than that, Firefox has made for a great browsing experience.

I think you are talking about the links on the list of threads, whereas Aketi is referring to the link in the actual thread (at the top of the page).I feel a litlte outgunned {noformat};){noformat} ..... however I currently stand by my postulation their is no URL hyperlink where both the threadID (2234623 for this thread) and messageID (eg 9651344 for this post) are present in the same URL. URLs with the messageID obviously link to the thread on the basis the message is a child of the thread, but the threadID is not explicily present in this case.

My MacBook Pro can't find the FireWire port
My MacBook Pro (OSX 10.6.8) can not find the FireWire port. Until now there hasn't been any problems using the FireWire, but now it just deny any knowledge of it, so to speak.
The audio device lights up when I connect it to the MBP (yes, I did connect it when in off-mode), so it seems to work in a way.
Does anyone recognize this problem and knows how to solve it?

Go to Solution.Windows 7 is not officially supported by National Instruments as it hasn't even been released. That means you won't get any official support from NI on this.
That said, does your computer actually recognize a serial port? Do you have an actual serial port, or do you have some sort of virtual COM port, or are you using some sort of adapter, such as a USB to serial port box? If it's any of the latter, the most likely reason is a driver issue which needs to be written to be compatible with Windows 7. -

For some reason or other I can't remember my password for my apple id and when I go to reset it I can't find the email they have sent me.I think they are sending it to my apple email [email protected] which I can't access as they are telling me my password is wrong and send me an email message to this email address which I cannot remember the password for. Sign in at http://icloud.com with the new ID and password and confirm that your data is still all there.
Then sign out in System Preferences>iCloud then sign back in with the new ID and password. Your data will disappear from your Mac when you sign out, but will reappear when you sign back in. -

My daughter set up a game centre on her ipad. My son, on his ipad used the same game centre log in. He then set up his own game of clash of clans. After my son set up his Clash of Clans, my daugher set up her own Clash of Clans using the same game centre log in on her ipad. Both were using the Clash of Clans successfully on their own ipads using the same game centre log in.
One day my son signed into someone elses Clash of Clans, since then he is unable to go back to his Clash of Clans and can only see his sisters.

I may be a bit behind the times: I am used to tabbed browsing showing all the tabs it possibly can, instead of just the last one. Sometimes it won't even show the last tab: I can have 15 tabs open, and not see a single tab. I've been confused by this into closing a window with lots of tabs open, because it looks like a single page-window.
My main problem with the tab-bar flashing to the end of the row is that it means a great deal more mouse-clicking around to browse.
I haven't tried installing the latest beta. Maybe that would fix the problem.

I have purchased Lightroom 5 and had it installed but I had to replace my matchbook pro and now I can't find the activation key - is there a way I can get it emailed to me or how do I find it? Most other plugin's email out the activation key so you have a copy but I have seen no way to get it.
If you registered your Lightroom with Adobe after you installed it, you can log into your Adobe account and get your serial number from your account.

From desktop to android is working perfectly. Then i added a favorite on the phone and i can not find the favorite on the desktop. I also clicked the sync button under settings on the phone to be sure that the phone is synced.
still can not find the favorite. On the phone i can find the favorite and a folder "Desktop-Favorites" it's translated so can look different in the english version.
Under Desktop-Favorites i can find all my stuff from the desktop.

Sync is both ways so there's something not working as intended. It could be that the computer hasn't synced yet, to confirm this, you can press the Sync Now button in the Firefox button (if you are in Mac it's under "Tools").
If after that it doesn't work, I will recommend you to check in the logs if there's something that is not being downloaded to your computer. I just downloaded 950 photos on iPhoto and deleted them off my camera and now under last import there is only 4 photos and i can't find the others?? There is a whole bunch of blank events in the library with no photos in them all with todays date? Help!!
Yes - you need a min of 10 GB just to operate - with just 1 you certainly can lose photos and other critical things - you need to make space immediately - probably by moving your iPhoto library to a volume formatted Mac OS extended -
Moving the iPhoto library is safe and simple - quit iPhoto and drag the iPhoto library intact as a single entity to the external drive - depress the option key and launch iPhoto using the "select library" option to point to the new location on the external drive - fully test it and then trash the old library on the internal drive (test one more time prior to emptying the trash)
And be sure that the External drive is formatted Mac OS extended (journaled) (iPhoto does not work with drives with other formats) and that it is always available prior to launching iPhoto
And backup soon and often - having your iPhoto library on an external drive is not a backup and if you are using Time Machine you need to check and be sure that TM is backing up your external drive

Please reply ASAP and give me other solution.You find third-party apps in the App Store. What app are you looking for? Due to problems, Apple removed the ability to record that information in Health. You can always go back to whatever you used before three weeks Health was released. Why can you not check and record your blood glucose? I would assume you check it using blood samples and a glucose meter which has nothing to do with your phone. You should be able to record it in any number of apps, from Notes to purpose made third-party apps.

I have downloaded 2 rented movies. I can find then in my downloads but can not find then in iTunes. I read the others that have had the same problem an I can't find the rented in iTunes
