I can't find the question to reset my security question please help
i"ve been trying to change my security questions for the past hour but i cant seem to find a solution all the sites and videos show the ling under the questions to resetting them but it just won't show on my screen. can someone tell me what to do ?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I already downloaded some applications in itunes, hoping to sync it to my ipod touch. However, there is no button for Apps in my ipod touch.

1) First connect iPod to computer
2) Launch iTunes
3) On the left hand side of iTunes, under Library, there is an Apps header?
4) When you click on that, you should see your downloaded apps?
5) A little lower down, you'll see your iPod under Devices, drag apps over your iPod's list (over the music, photos, videos area as you mentioned), you'll that that area is highlighted, release left mouse button to drop them apps!
6) Copying ensues ...
7) Check iPod
8) Back at iTunes, click on your iPod's name, look at the right side, you'll see a summary page right?
9) At the top of that page, one of the menu item is Apps, click on that and you'll see a replica of sorts of your iPod, unchecking apps (or selecting by checking) and then hitting Apply button below, will apply the changes you made onto your iPod.
10) You can also arrange your iPod from there if you like.
That was a lot of steps, but its pretty simple to perform, and the last few wasn't really neccessary, it does look more impressive to write a long list of steps however. -
HT5312 I can not find the tab to reset my security answers.
I read everything in the rescue email address and how to reset apple ID security questions and the place to click "send security info to email" is not there. This is very frustrating. Because I know what my security answer are but it tells me I am wrong.

Can't find the captured screen file on my Desktop, Please help!
I'm using OS X 10.5.6 for a while but the problem just occurred recently (it worked fine before) I don't know why. I update the system often.
I used the ShiftControl+Command3 or 4 shortcut but it doesn't work, I heard the shutter sound but the file doesn't appear on my Desktop. I did use spotlight to find the file but I found only the old captured images. The Grab utility is still fine but it's a lot easier to use the shortcut function.
If you have a solution, please help!
Thanks.Shift-Command-3 or 4 puts the screen shot as Picture n.png (n being the next available number). Adding the control key to the set instead puts the screen shot on the clipboard to paste in somewhere.

I open time machine preferences and only see the backup for the laptop. Have no idea what to do at this point. The time machine was backing up my iMac just fine until it stopped working.

Sounds like it may have been excluded, or perhaps damaged.

The option to send reset info will only appear if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. Are you able to receive any mail at all? If not, make sure that all of your information for mail is accurate in settings again. if you still have nothing, go to your email through safari. (example: www.yahoo.com) If you do not see the emails here either, it is a problem with the password reset server not your mail app.

You need to either reset the rescue email address's password(check the site's help for instructions) or ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

How do I view what slide I'm on out of how many I have total in keynote? I know on powerpoint it's at the bottom right of the window but I can't find it on keynote, nor can I find the option to make it appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Your steps so far are OK but you may want to try:
1 Trash your user library Caches folder (House Icon with short name in Finder window (hard drive window)GOTO:House icon > Library folder > caches folder
2 Trash the com.apple.Safari.plist file in User library > preferences folder > Safari.plist as well as removing the library Safari folder its self.
3 you can selectivly re-install Safari 2.0 from your OS Tiger Install disk 1, (see Knowledge base article 301229 for how to just select the Safari Application) without doing a complete system Archive and Install.
4. Create a new Test user account on the system and test how Safari responds in the Test user, see if its a user related issue and not system issue.
5. Still no Safari response? have to do an Archive and install (not preserving user and network settings)article 107120
PS. Issue may be related to actual internet connection connectivity, power cycle cable modem and router or airport if using one as well as the computer(keep unplugged for 3-5 min) and plug the cable modem in and then the router/airport then power on the computer. Do the Airport Admin utiliy (applications, utilities on HD_1)update.
- do a hard reset of airport knowledge base article 108044(Express base) and 107451 (Extreme base)
- Check with internet provider for connection issues "cannot find server" ect. -
I accidentally dropped my firewall, or openned it. I checked it in system preferences and it is turned off but I can not find how to put it back up. PLEASE HELP! I obviously do not want to leave this open very long, if you get my drift.

You will have to configure that with your router. Type your router's IP address in the search/domain bar and allow port forwarding.
What is requiring you to have an open NAT? That issue is usually for gaming consoles, etc. -
