I can't find the task menu on my toolbar

I don't want firefox to remember usernames for things like igoogle, but the instructions say I should go to my "tasks menu" but I can't find any "tasks menu." Help.

You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us.

There's not a Preferences menu per se, but if you open the Settings app > Safari, there are some configuration and security items that can be set.

Means I can't stream some content (Netflix is uselessnow)Everything worked Ok but today an error message said I couln't stream video to TV. Fix suggested is turn off mirroring in AirPlay when there is NO MENU for Airplay in iPad mini or iPhone. All support advice keeps on about Apple Tv. I'm NOT USING Apple TV

No such app menu as I'm aware of. You can see it in the Control Panel. For Windows 8.1
Right click Start
Select Control Panel
You can find it in there.

Help - I can't find the "File" menu when I open iTunes

I am trying to transfer a music file from my Mac to iTunes. Directions state to click on the "File" menu when you open iTunes - but, seriously, I can't find a "File" menu item. Help - I am tech challenged. Thanks.

You might need to bring up the menu bar to see the File menu.
If you're using a version 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:

top left there is a little thin button (White/grey)
click on it, select show menu bar...

I still can't find the "Store" menu!

One song was "corrupted" while it was downloading so I have to re-download it. I tried the re-downloading it which brought up an error dialog box telling me to use the "Check for Available Downloads" option from the "Store" menu. For some reason, I can't seem to find this god-forsaken menu!
I've only managed to find "iTunes Store" which doesn't lead me to the "Check for available downloads" option.
I must be blind or something.

You know those times when you are looking for something that's right in front of you? Well, this is one of those times.
Nomatter where you are on iTunes, there is always a sidebar on the left and down the side are a list of words:
LIBRARY
Music
Rentals
Movies
TV Shows
Radio
STORE'***'
iTunes Store
iTunes Match
Purchased
Downloads'!!!'
SHARED
Home Sharing
GENIUS
Genius
Then it continues to list the playlists, etc. The 'Store' menu I have marked with three stars '***'
Under 'Store' click on downloads, which I marked '!!!'.
On that page, you will find a botton labelled, 'Check for Available Downloads.'
And that's it! There you have it! Sorry to make you feel blind, by the way.

Where is the "tools menu"? Many of the help topics say to go here, but I cannot find it. Searching help for it lists 1088 things, but all of the ones I looked at assume you can already find the tools menu. Where is it?

There really isn't more detail. What sequence of things do I click to find this "tools menu"? I am using Firefox 5.0.1.

Or put the phone in airplane mode as quickly as possible and then see if you can import the pics to the computer or do a iTunes backup.
