i am unable to purchase anything on the itunes or the app store with money because i can not remember the answers to my security questions, and i am unable to retrieve the answer because for some reason it is not giving me a chance to try and rescue my answers by send the answers to my alternative email account

Make sure you have a credit card listed in itunes (at least temporarily) before you call. Call them and they will identify your phone and ask you info about your credit card. WAIT until they reset your security questions then MOST IMPORTANT remove your credit card information. Also set a secondary email address in the security question section for next time. This will save you 40 minutes.

How can I get past always ansering my security question for my bacn website.

I go to my bank website and it always asks me my security question. It also tells me to set my browser settings to recognize the site. How can I change the browser settings if I keep seeing this message. I am using firefox 27.0.1 with windows 7 64 bit. Or am I not able to recognize the site. I understand security is important. I am also using this on my own laptop and home PC.

Ok, so I had the same problem. What you should do is, call the
Apple Technical Support number: (44) 0844 209 0611
And ask for the Account Security Team. This worked for me.
