I can't get Creative Cloud Installer to work
When I get to "down load CC" I get a request for my pass word in order to allow Creative Cloud Installer to "make changes." I've tried every password I can think of, but it won't let me reset it. How do I reset the password? thank

I believe the message that you are getting is for your MAC password and not Adobe password. Have you tried entering your system password at the download screen ? Reason why this prompt comes up is because , the download file is trying to make the required changes on the machine so that the installation can proceed .

You can of course delete it if CC installed correctly on your system.

I can't get Creative Cloud to download
When I try to download the Creative Cloud trial version the download appears to start but just disappears without downloading anything. I've tried several times and always get the same results - basically nothings happens. I'm on a Windows 8.1 box and I've turned off the firewall. I'm at a loss as to what the problem is.
We can't know. you have not provided any exact system info nor told us what browser you use or how you access the Internet. As a start, try another browser.

I can't get Creative Cloud Desktop installed on my new iMac
I bought a new iMac. It's running Mac OS X 10.9.2.
1. I backed up everything on the old mac.
2. I uninstalled all Adobe Creative Cloud apps on the old mac.
3. I used Apple Migration Assistant to transfer all data from the old mac to the new mac.
4. I downloaded and installed Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop on the new mac.
5. I clicked on the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop icon at the top of the screen. (upper right)
6. A window popped open, save "Creative Cloud" written on a black ground, then were nothing in the window. The window is blank. I wasn't asked to accept the terms of use. There is no "home", "apps", "files", "fonts" "behance" options. There's nothing.
Everything other time I've installed Creative Cloud Desktop, the first question is to accept the terms of use. In this case, there was nothing - just an empty window. Also, the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop icon at the top of the screen is light grey. It turns black after the user accepts the terms of use. The icon at the top of my screen is always light grey.
What can I do to fix this?Ok, got it. What did I do?

I can't get the CC installer to work nor get support to answer their phones
I reciently changed the status of my CC subscription, I was told to install a new version of the CC installer so my changes would be reflected.
I downloadedd the new installer started it up and then found I needed to use the uninstall program to uninstall it.
I did that and then tried to run the new installer, It just hung
I tried running the CC cleaner tool but no change,
Just for grins I repaired my permissions but no change
Then I tries a clean boot and tried the install inside of that. No change
So prior to last night I had probably 3 calls to tech services but their advice did not cure my issue.
Last night I called twice and waited 30 minutes each tome before being cut off
And again today I got in the cue and was cit off after an hour.
When I cakked back they said it would be a 2 hour wait and no offer to take my number and have soneone call back
Does anyone out there have suggestions for me?

I have a mac running Yosemite and I am attempting to install the trial version of muse I can download the Creative Cloud Installer dmg but when I attempt to run it to install muse it loads half way on the screen then quits and the status bar is gone, I have adjusted privacy settings but can not seem to get it to go past the half way point. Any suggestions ?
Stevens33176288 please utilizes the steps listed in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed to reinstall Adobe Muse.

Is anyone else having trouble getting creative cloud to update?
I get a message that creative cloud has an update and when I try to install it the installer runs, brings up the creative cloud window and crashes. I can't get creative cloud to open so I can download Premiere.
I can still launch applications, but for some reason the CreativeCloud app is hung on a network request.
I was able to force quit the Creative Cloud app, then relaunch it, and it is working.
Lightroom and Photoshop launch, but LR is hanging for about 20 seconds in the splash screen (when it normally does not).
So yes, there appears to be some sort of network/server issue with Creative Cloud right now.
But I can't find any errors listed in their status pages, so it may only be a slowdown due to a network issue outside the servers. -

You do not need to involve Creative Cloud to install/try the trial version of CS5...
You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
