I can't get iTunes and app store to download
Everything works on my iPad just can't get any apps to download and no podcast also
You can't download apps...
Tap Settings > Store
Try toggling Apps off then back on.
If that doesn't help...
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Then restart your iPad.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

I can log into iTunes and App Store but NOT iMessage. What gives?
I'm currently using Wifi with my 3rd gen iPad. iOS 6.0.1. I'm not home so I don't have access to my iMac (actually currently at 30k ft somewhere over Virginia :) ).
Anyway, I can log into iTunes, access the App Store, sign out of those, log back in. No prob. I used my appleID and pass to write this message. But I cannot get into Imessage, and I can't figure it out!
I get an error saying: "could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again." If I try to make a new appleID, imessage thinks and thinks...nothing happens.
This isn't a new issue, it's been like this for quite a while, since upgrading to iOS 6 months ago. How can I get into imessage on my ipad? For what it's worth, it works fine on my iPhone.

my apple id is not working and connecting to app store
It's not just you, I'm in Florida and am having the same trouble. Apparently, its all over the US. I can get on with my iPhone and iPad, but can't access anything with the PC.

I changed my Apple ID to my new email address successfully for the iTunes and App store but it won't work for iCloud and it won't recognize my password. I read that this can't be done. How am I supposed to get into iCloud? I plan on getting rid of my old email address which is my old Apple ID so how is that going to work?

I changed my Apple ID to my new email and now cannot find any way to access icloud. Unfortunately I had allowed icloud to hijack my airbook files, so of course I am afraid I will lose them tomorrow when I exchange my iphone for a new one and cannot keep an icloud account i cannot access. I have a MacBook with OS X 10.5.8 and I purchased a Mtn Lion OS up grade and it keeps telling me to install via the Mac App Store, but I can't get the Mac App Store installed on the MacBook it wants at least 10.6.6 so I seem to be stuck . Help

I'm having trouble using the iTunes and Apps store because i can't register my Nigerian mastercard. What should i do. i'm trying to register it in the Nigerian iTunes store.
Is this a new Apple iD? If it is, and you have already set it up, then you have two options:
1. Temporarily put a Credit Card or Gift Card on the account to download the free app. If you put a credit card, then once you have downloaded the app, you should be able to go into your Account preferences and change the payment option to = None.
2. You can download the fee App, and then set up a new Apple ID.

I can't Sign in to the iTunes and App Store since i update to iOS 7 with my iphone 4s. I try in settings iTunes & App Store with my Apple ID and Password and still can't Sing In
Same issue. Since last update (a few days ago), acces to itunes account failed very often.
- Music iTunes Match doesn't work anymore because it cannot log.
- Renting video often failed because it cannot "verify authorization".
I tried already several restart, reinitialize, restore... all without improvement.
PS: of course my apple account is working fine with other devices. This issue concerns only Apple TV.
