I can't get music to download onto my iPhone!!

Ok so someone told me I should try manually managing my music.....? Not quite sure how to do this! Because when I push the manually manage box, it brings up a sign that says if I want to manually manage my music it will delete all the music already on my iPhone!
So they also suggested I try syncing it, but that won't work either because I just got a new computer and it doesn't have all my music on it!! So it will delete all the music on my phone!! Can someone help me!? Any advice??

Ok, to kinda clarify, I just bought this new cd and i downloaded it onto my computer and now I'm trying to download it onto my iPhone! But syncing wont work because it will delete all my other music on my phone! And when I try to drag the cd to my phone it comes up with a red circle with a line through it!! Is there a way to manually manage my music without deleting all the music already on my phone that's not on my computer??

You have downloaded the movie on your iphone? If so, then transfer it to your computer: File>Transfer Purchases
The movie will not download on your iphone? Click Store>Check for Available Downloads on your computer in itunes.

Your phone connected, iTunes running, under the "Apps" tab, you've selected this app to install on your phone, correct? Hit the "Apply/Sync" button, lower right on the Apps tab, what happens?

Is it an iTunes backup or an iCloud backup? If iTunes, connect the iPhone, right click on the name of the iPhone under the DEVICES section in iTunes. Click on Restore from Backup.
If iCloud, on the iPhone go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. When the device powers back on, you will see the original setup screens you saw when your iPhone was fresh out of the box. One of these screen asks you if you want to restore. Choose Restore from iCloud backup.

TS1387 Can't get music from icloud onto iphone4--do not have enough permissions

I have an Iphone 4. I am trying to put the music library from my icloud onto my iphone. Had no trouble doing this with my ipad. But, when I try to do this, syncing through my PC (windows 7), I get the message "Jane's Iphone will not sync because you do not have enough access privileges for this operation" It's recommended to delete the "iphone cache" in my picture library, but there is no iphone cache folder in my picture library. Why won't my itunes load to my phone? Why won't my iphone sync? Any ideas? Thanks.

I recently downloaded a song and an audiobook directly to my iphone. I want them off my iphone, but I cant figure out how to do it. I'm having similar problems. going from an iphone used on a different computer to a new mac is extremely difficult. In order to add those songs that have been "skillfully acquired" requires the owner to "erase and sync" everything from the iphone. Not only that, I have bought hundreds of songs from iTunes (they have a lot of my money) and I have problems now when i purchase a song from my mac that does not auto. sync to my phone. it requires me to manually download the song itunes app on the phone in the purchased section.
I love Apple, no other computer or mobile device - in my opinion - can compare. However, these added securities and the red tape found in iTunes is frustrating and inconveniencing.

Go to an O2 location and they will be able to help you.
They should also be able to take any contacts, etc you
have on the blackberry and get them onto your iPhone.
Or call O2 to set up the new sim and do your own data

I just signed up for itunes and bought 20 songs. I already have an exsiting ipod with songs on already. All I want is the purchased songs to go on the exsisting ipod without having to erase the songs I already have. It is so frustrating.

My above suggestion means what is on the iPod won't be removed when you synch but at some point though you may lose the songs already on the iPod unless you have the original CDs and can import them on to your computer. There is software available to extract files from an iPod but I've no experience of those.

The iPhone is not meant to be a storage device for your music. Your computer is. If you really want to move your iTunes music (that you did not purchase from iTunes) from your phone to your computer (which is NOT supported by Apple), then you'll need to pay money to find a program that does that. It's always been the user's responsibility to maintain their own data. If you purchase a music CD and lose it, it's not the record store's responsibility to replace it.
Maintain your music in your iTunes library and for goodness sakes, backup your computer.
