I can't get my iPhoto menu window to open up after installing Ofoto Express

I think I am going crazy but I just installed an application from kodakgallery called ofoto express that enables a user to drag and drop photos from iPhoto on a Mac and upload it to kodakgallery. I want to order holiday cards but now that I've installed it and open iPhoto, my menu window does not show up.
Any clue as to what's going on? Thanks in advance.

In the past, we have used Kodak Easy Share Gallery, so I was looking at Ofoto Express, as well, to smooth the upload. However, I DIDN'T install it, because Ofoto is an OLD name for Kodak Easy Share (actually Kodak, purchased Ofoto years ago). So, looking at the system requirements, it was clear to me that Ofoto Express has not been kept up to date (I think it's stated min requirements were OS9, with no mention of OSX?). I would think it may not work. For that reason, and because I hate uninstalling bad software, I simply chose to skip it.

To sum up: I would recommend uninstalling the ofoto app, if it's not working for you, or visit the Kodak support page, and ask them to verify it works on Tiger with iPhoto08. Or, just install the Kodak software from the link above.
Having said that, in my house, we are running a comparison on our new Mac using iPhoto vs. EasyShare, and I think the iPhoto services options are winning the battle! There are a couple of minor benefits of using EasyShare, but iPhoto is overall easier to use. We are waiting for our orders in the mail from both services, to compare quality of both services. If iPhoto meets or exceeds Kodak Share, we are switching.

To sync videos from iPhoto to your iPhone you would use iTunes to facilitate the syncing. Please use the attached article for information and instructions on how to sync videos.

Select "Sync Photos from."
Choose the application you want to sync photos from in the pop up menu.

Now that Mobile Me is gone, how can i get my iPhoto images to run as my screen saver in Apple TV?

Since the demile of Mobile Me my Photos screen saver on Apple TV gives me the options of Neo Geo, Amimals, Flowers, Flickr, Photo Stream and Album Artwork. Can i get my iPhoto albums to reappear somehow?

in the iPhoto preferences change the print products country to the UK and give it a try - there may be some restirctions on billing but it has worked for some people

your itunes account is your email address. you can try to see if you can sign in. you can always use one of these programs yamipod or music rescue.

Can't get my dropdown menu buttons to link to another scene.

I can’t get my dropdown menu buttons to link to other scenes within the same Flash file. The buttons are unresponsive during playback – as if no code were attached to it. Here’s what I have as my AS2 code on the dropped button that is supposed to link to the "Published" scene/page:

I do get these compile errors:
Scene=published, layer=Buttons, frame=1, Line 1 Statement must appear within on handler

But, I think you are correct about the setInterval Loop. On the home scene I’ve created a movie symbol which is set to call another swf file:
loadMovie("frontSlideshow.swf", _root.movie1);
This frontSlideshow.swf file has the following code in every 10 frames:
this.stop();
pause = function ()
play();
clearInterval(pausei);
pausei = setInterval(pause, 5000);
This will pause the timeframe every 5 seconds before sliding to the next frame so that each image can be viewed. It seems odd that the code from this subclass file would affect the timeframe of the main class/file where the “movie1” symbol is located.

Try forcing iPhoto to load the Library on the External Hard drive by launching it while holding down the Option key. Choose the Library on the External HD, and quit iPhoto, see if iMovie can see the Library with the iPhoto Videos contained inside.

Thank you for your help. I am still having trouble. As you can tell, I am not technologically advanced AT ALL. My music is all showing up in the library but when I go to file in the top left corner, Sync is greyed out and I cannot select it. I'm gonna continue to try this. Yes, I think so, as would Snow Leopard probably. If your computer meets the requirements it would only cost $29 to buy Snow Leopard versus $129 for Leopard.
