I can't get my pc workin` right...

Been getting the old IRQ_NOT_LESS_EQUAL BSOD since I upgrade my motherboard and cpu to the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum.
If I run Prime for more than 10minutes and my pc BSOD's with either (the infamous) 'IRQ_Not_Less_Equal' or 'Memory Management' (normally 0x9D728CC0 0x000000002 0x00000000 0x805ODF62) errors. Happens in some games like BF2 as well.
What I have tried to do.. and nothings helped
-Reformatted
-Updated bios
-Removed 1 memory stick
-Ran at stock/default speeds
-Ran at overclocked speeds
-Tried different timings
-removed and uninstalled soundcard
-Ran Memtest for 14 hours with no errors
-resecured all wiring
-Cleaned out case of dust
-updated video drivers
-increased cpu volts
-decreased cpu volts
-upted ram volts
-defragged
-scandisked
-virus scanned/spyware scanned
-uninstalled virus scanner (AVG)
This has all started since I installed a new motherboard/cpu (MSI NF3 Neo 2 Platinum and a Opteron 146).
System is running DX9c
No conflicts in Device Manager
XP Pro SP2
Audigy 2 ZS
X850XTPE
1gig Corsair DDR400 Value Select (had 2 gig but removed other stick)
Antec True Blue 480w psu (6 months old)
I have a Vapour Cool Micro thats on the cpu and it also cools the ram, system temp never goes over 52c in the torture test.
I'm pulling my hair out... any help really welcome

it looks to me like a driver problem. make sure you have the latest drivers available. when installing the mobo drivers, do not install the nvidia IDE, keep the ones from Microsoft. make sure that you have all the latest drivers. i would suggest to pull out your sound card and disable the onboard sound. run a windows installation that way. then try running BF2, or other games it hangs in.

Can't get top 500 in right order.

Hi there,
I have a top 500 list of the most popular popsongs of all time. So I have different artists and different albums but they are all in one folder and they are numbered from 001 to 500 and their respective number is also in the info tab in the 'Track number' field. I have 'Part of a Collection' (or whatever it is called in English) checked. Still, I cannot get it in chronological order, that is: from 1 to 500. I have tried just about everything, tried every field in the Sorting tab, but can't get the correct order.
I have tried importing them without copying, with the 'Top 500' folder in a folder called 'Various Artist' hoping that iTunes would import it as such, but it didn't and again gave every artist its own folder.
So nothing I could think of works (even tried the 'Part of Gapless Album' option) and I'm out of ideas.
Help?

Album artwork.... just can't get it to work right.

Hello.
I've searched google, I've searched this support community and I've just not been able to come up with an answer.
My album artwork just won't stay put. Some of my albums have artwork and some don't. I've done the "right click" and "get album art work". I've downloaded an app to find art work for the drag and drop method into the "Now Playing" window but it just gets eaten by Itunes (it appears in the window and magically disappears). I've even done the "get info" on multiple tracks and drag and drop into the "artwork" window of the info pane and while it sticks and stays put nothing happens when I press ok only to reopen the info pane ( "get info" on multiple tracks) and it's as if I've done absolutely nothing. My permissions are fine. My music files are a mixed bunch of MP3 and WAV but this isn't a factor as some MP3's have artwork and some don't, as well as my WAV's.
I've searched in and out, high and low but I've just not come up with anything that gets this in order. The problem isn't getting the artwork it's getting Itunes (10.5.1) to attach it to the albums and display it. My Mac OS X is Lion 10.7.2. Can anyone help?

Looks like it does have something to do with WAV format. I got the missing artwork on the MP3's working (by simply dragging and dropping...don't know how that didn't work before) but it's true that the WAV format does not support artwork (as stated several time here in this support community). What threw a brick in all my thinking is that some of my WAV's do have artwork. After some searching though I deduced that the WAV's with artwork showing are albums you can obtain from the itunes store while those that you can't don't show. Even some of the albums that I I copied in WAV that you can obtain from the Itunes store but have minor differences don't show artwork (eg. itunes sells the extended track album while i have the original length album)
I find this rather silly to be honest since there is a work around. I guess the question now is, where is itunes storing the artwork for the WAV files that do show artwork and can I tap into that so it does show for those WAV's missing the artwork?

I've shot HD footage using my Canon HF200 camcorder in MXP mode which is 1920x1080 24 Mbps.
I'm trying to generate video for web and followed the instructions/settings in this thread:

However, the footage comes out stretched vertically -- if I was bald, I'd look like a cone-head - slight exeggeration but you get the idea :-)
I'm confused about that. 1920x1080 is a 16:9 ratio. So is 1280x720. Why is my footage getting distorted?

I'd like to revive this thread as I'm still struggling to find the right output setting for my videos. To recap:
My camera is a Canon Vixia HF200. I'm shooting HD videos at the highest setting to keep the quality high i.e. MXP which is 24Mbps at 1920 x 1080.
My frame rate is currently set to PF30. Looks like camera's default setting is 60i.
I'm trying to produce crystal clear videos for the web that will play at sizes at 768x576.
Currently, my problem is being able to find the correct setting
In PrE 8, I start with AVCHD Full HD 1920 x 1080 30 5.1 channel setting for the project -- see screen shot above.
My current issues are these:
1. Takes too long to output videos in a format that's acceptable by my video provider i.e. QuickTime, MPEG, etc. With no editing whatsoever, my 14 min video takes 1hr 50 min to render as QuickTime at 1280 x 780, 100% quality.
2. The final output file is too large. I realize that I'll always end up with large files because I'm shooting HD and want best quality videos. However, I feel that I can get the file size to be much smaller than it currently is.
When I followed the QuickTime settings suggested at this thread http://forums.adobe.com/thread/623549?tstart=0 by John Cloudman, my audio went out of sync.
I experimented with MPEG setting in PrE 8 which seems to give me the quickest results but a larger file size. So, I'm trying to find the best output setting for my videos.
I'd appreciate your advice on this. Thanks.

Clean Leopard Install - Can't get Photos back in Right (tripling, etc)

Hi. I did a clean Leopard install then loaded my iLife '06. I have my "iPhoto Library" on my external. This contains folders 'originals', 'modified', 'data', and other accoutremonts. In iPhoto, I selected "Import" and thought things were going well till I saw 1) triple copies of each photo 2) no import of my tags for each photo, albums, folders, etc. I see 2000, 2001, 2002, etc. but no 'Canada Vacation', etc.
So, knowing I still had them on my external, I deleted over 10,000 photos from iPhoto to start anew. Then I figured the triples were coming from 'originals', 'modified', 'data' so I tried just importing "originals". This put only 1 copy of the photo in iPhoto, but it's a jumbled mess with no tags, sections, etc.
I checked the help section but am still not 'getting it'. Could someone point me in the right direction or explain what I should do here to get my iPhoto back to where it was pristine/organized? I'm befuddled.

I fixed my problem by accident. I merely dragged my "iPhoto Library" from my external to "pictures" in my home directory.

If I have a document in Microsoft word but now have on the Mac and the format is completely off. How can I get this to be right on the mac

I need Help with my Mac. We have a document that is on a thumb drive that was typed on a dell PC. We have a Mac at home and need to print the document. How do I get it to look the same as when on Microsoft word?

try NeoOffice or OpenOffice. I don't know what apps you have. Pages might open it or TextEdit, but, again, I don't know. All I can do is suggest. If you are really a stickler for format, if you're on that dell PC again, try saving the document as a .pdf and then putting it on the thumb drive.

Can't get anything to work right

I just got Logic for a new Powermac G5, and nothing is working right. While my speakers are working, audio plays back but doesn't come through the speakers.
I'm not veryu interested in the MIDI options, I don't do any work with MIDI and want to use the program to record acoustic instruments, running them through a mixer then into the computer. I can't find any way to record these with Logic, and the "arm to record" button won't show up ANYWHERE.
If anyone has any help on either of these, please let me know. I need a convincing reason to even keep this software....

Yes, I added those LC_whatever=en_GB.UTF-8 earlier today as it was one of proposed solutions, but it did not help.
They are located in /etc/profile.d/_locales.sh

Force iPad into Recovery Mode. Follow step 1 to 6 very closely.

Can't get the preorder thing right!

I preordered Dragon Age:Inquisition on 9/21/14. I purchased the game on 11/18, but never received the $10 certificate. I also preordered GTA V on 11/17/14, but decided not to pick it up. When the CSR at Best Buy tried to return the preorder, they could not and said that I would have to call Best Buy corporate to get my money back. It seems like more often, than not; when I preorder from BestBuy I have some typ of issue.

In-store pre-orders are not automatically refunded as they would be for a BestBuy.com pre-order, so I regret that your GTA: V pre-order is now cause for added concern. As it was a deposit paid in-store, you would need to return to the store to request a refund. That said, as the return period for in-store purchases has now passed I would recommend you speak with a store manager about your refund request for this game that you never fulfilled.
