If they are on your MacBook, open contact on your Mac, click on All Contacts on the left-hand side, click on a single contact to the right and press Command-A to select them all (they should all be highlighted). Then go to File>Export>Export vCard and save the file on your desktop. Then email this file to yourself, open it on your iPhone and tap the attachment to import them back to your phone and to iCloud.
If you have multiple accounts on your phone you might want to first go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section) and be sure this is set to iCloud. This will ensure that the contacts will be added to iCloud when you import them. -

Took the battery out and put it back in, now I can't get the phone on!
We were told that it was good for the phone if the battery were removed and put back in so it can reboot. I did that and I can't get the phone back on! Sometimes (not everytime) I'll get the red light to come on, but still nothing. I tried inseerting another bb battery from a Curve and when the red light came on, I held the 'end call' button and then when it went off I held the green 'make call' button and teh screen displayed a battery with a line through it. That same battery works fine in the curve so I am just confused about what else I should be trying.
Can anyone help me out here???did you try to insert the pearl-battery and connect it to the wallcharger? maybe the battery is completly empty.
does the screen display something?

You can if it was in your camera roll when you last backed up to iCloud, but you will have to restore the entire backup to recover it (not just photos). If you want to do this, it has to be done in the initial setup process. If you have any data on your phone now that is not in the backup that you want to save you'll need to do that first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. You will then go through the setup screens as you did when the phone was new. When given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup (see image below). Be sure you are connected to wifi and your charger as this will take some time to finish.

it did so. Contacts on my macbook pro does show up this way. I do have a mobile me account and in the past syncing was no problem. What setting has changed?The phone number format as well as the date language and format and the time format are controlled by the Region Format setting. Go to Settings > General >International > Region Format. When you change a region format, you can go back one page (to International) and see an example of the date/time/phone number format that your selected region format will produce.

I'm an IT guy who helped design DOD classified networks in the mid-pacific. I know security. The best protection for this is to NOT have a credit card listed in iTunes. Use iTunes cards ONLY. It's a pain, but until they step up, it's all you got.

Can I get my old screen back ... I hate the screen on my I phone 5 .. All my lovely large photos. Of my contacts are gone into a tiny bubble .. I can't see who is phoning me ..
