I can't get photoshop to finish downloading

My photoshop downloads to 42% and then stops. I tried uninstalling it and trying again but it jumps right back to the 42% and stays there. How can I get this to complete the download?

Please let me know what version of Photoshop are you using and trying to download on which OS?
If it's Creative cloud, then alternatively you can try downloading from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html
But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.
After downloading and installing the software you can license it using your Adobe ID.

Can't get Photoshop CC panorama maker to align images properly for objects further away (ie For distant horizons) Tried reloading CC but no better. Tried manually aligning images but when finished seems to jump and misalign everything as if I'd used auto. Is there anything I can do / doing wrong or is there a software glitch. I have now downloaded the latest upgrade for Photoshop CC 2014 (the one that now opens photoshop with a face like 'The Scream') and it seems to have cured the problem. However, now Photoshop couldn't run any slower if it tried. Really really slow, and the more Panoramas I try to do, the slower it gets. Oh well, at least it works now.

If you do not own a license for CS5 there is not much you can do to get it thru Adobe. They only sell current versions of their software (CS6 or Creative Cloud). You would need to find a third party vendor and take your chances with them.
If you do own a CS5 license you can download the software thru the following page and use your serial number to activate:

The D3200 requires at least ACR 7.1, which isn't compatible with any version of PSE prior to PSE 11, so no, you can't do this directly in PSE 9.
You could upgrade PSE, use the Nikon software to convert the files and then open the resulting images into PSE for further editing, or download the free Adobe DNG converter to convert your NEFs to DNG files that your version of PSE can understand.

Intel Pentium 4 is the minimum. Your's is far advanced over that.
From what you've listed it looks like Photoshop will be easily able to install and run on that system. You don't mention what video card you're getting, and that can be important.

As of this writing I don't think you can literally get Photoshop CS5 directly from Adobe any more though... You'll actually be getting Photoshop CS5.1 (which is still listed as Photoshop CS5 on many pages)... This is versioned as Photoshop 12.1, and is almost a functional equivalent of Photoshop CS5 (12.0). Photoshop CS5.1 is the same Photoshop that's part of the CS 5.5 suites. I know, it's rather confusing.

If the song does not appear in your Purchased folder, then you can go back to the Store, select the song again, go select "Buy", and press Enter. iTunes knows you already purchased it, so it won't charge you again. It will, in fact, tell you that you have already purchased this item, and will ask you if you want to download it again for free....
Just in case it is not to be found in the Purchased folder!

Okay, I figured it out.
I would clear the cache while the page was still being viewed in a window, and for some reason that didn't actually clear the cache. So that's the browser's being a good little browser, but it's annoying because it should clear everything.
iWeb also has a problem in that is tells pages to cache forever, so the browsers are only doing what they're told.
Close the window, clear the cache, good to go.
