I made a mistake by beginning to create an account with Skype instead of signing in with my facebook account. I choose a phone number without understanding that I didn't need that in order to call Skype to Skype via facebook. Now the computer won't let me do anything! It takes me to a page that say's "your Account" with profiles, manage devices etc...but I can't call anybody! I'm trapped and there is no way out! I need to set up an account so I can talk to my soldier son in a week. HELP!

No worries. We can get you set up in no time. You didn't do anything wrong as there's no need to create a Skype account with your Facebook login. You can also call your son on Facebook from your "pure" Skype account.

Can't get Photoshop CC panorama maker to align images properly on distant horizons.

Can't get Photoshop CC panorama maker to align images properly for objects further away (ie For distant horizons) Tried reloading CC but no better. Tried manually aligning images but when finished seems to jump and misalign everything as if I'd used auto. Is there anything I can do / doing wrong or is there a software glitch. Never had this problem until started using CC?

I have now downloaded the latest upgrade for Photoshop CC 2014 (the one that now opens photoshop with a face like 'The Scream') and it seems to have cured the problem. However, now Photoshop couldn't run any slower if it tried. Really really slow, and the more Panoramas I try to do, the slower it gets. Oh well, at least it works now.

If your phone is not unlocked you need to contact the carrier it's locked to.

Wi-Fi calling is only available on T-Mobile. The setting can be found in Settings -> Phone, should you have T-Mobile. Otherwise, Wi-Fi calling is off.

You are right, Adobe does not support CS5 because it is no longer sold.
Simply download the trial version of CS5 from this Adobe web site and input your serial number.

I am getting the EXACT same problem. I started to watch an iTunes purchased TV Show episode back on February of 2014. I stopped after about 15 minutes to come back and watch it later.
Yesterday, I tried to continue the tv show, and NOTHING. All I get is a black screen with no audio. The time bar is advancing, so iTunes thinks it is playing. BUT NOTHING.
Can anyone assist with this problem?
PS: I use my iTunes on my PC only, and have for years without this problem.
PC is fully HDCP compliant.

I have a dialog window on my iPad2 labeled iCloud Bakup -- the iPad hasn't been backed up in 4 weeks. The screen is frozen. I can't clear away the dialog box to close down iPad and I can't get to settings to make any changes there. Ideas?

A dialog box has appeared on the screen of my iPad2 and has frozen the device so that I can't close it down or make changes to the settings. The titel is "iCloud Backup" and it reads: This iPad hasn't been backed up in 4 weeks. Backups happen when this iPad is plugged in, locked, and connected to WiFi.
I'm not sure why it hasn't backed up but I can't do anything to clear the dialog box, turn off the device or get to any settings or apps on the device.
Any suggestions? Please help -- I'm caring for my mother in hospice and don't have time to deal with this at the Apple Store!

Hold Sleep and Home buttons for 10 seconds until the device restarts, so you will be able to use the iPad again.
It will try to make a backup every time your iPad is plugged to the charger and connected to a network. To prevent that this message appears soon, open Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup, and choose Backup Now

How can I get the option to make an iPod selection playlist when there is not enough space on my iPod for my whole iTunes library?

I am trying to sync my iPod with my iTunes library and I recently added more music to my library than there is space on my iPod. Normally, I know iTunes is supposed to give you the option of creating an iPod selection playlist, so you can choose which songs you want to put from your library onto your iPod. However, iTunes won't currently give me that option. It simply gives me an error message saying there is not enough free space to sync my iPod. How can I get it to create the iPod selection playlist?
