I can't install my itunes. why is that?
when i'm half through my installing the itunes on my laptop, a pop-up appears that says: Error writing to file:C:\Program files(x86)\iTunes\iTunes Resources\nl.proj\DevicePrefsRentalItem.itxib. Verify you have access to that directory."
What should i do? i already tried downloading and re-downloawding the installer and installing several times but still same problem occurs. please help!

You don't need to install iTunes for the purchase history. You can see it in your iPad (iTunes > Purchased), but you need to install it if you want the order numbers

Start with the first article and clear out any files in the Temp folder. You may need to remove iTunes and its related software and finally make sure that you have the 64-bit version of iTunes downloaded to install.

Hey Ryan, When you looked at Get Info as Illaass instructed did you compare all the info listed in iTunes Get Info on the computer's copy? When you looked at the song(s) that are separated, do they list anything different like a featured artist? Or a different composer / song writer? Sometimes that will trick the the software into thinking it is 2 different albums. Make the info about the album and artist match, then sync to your iPod. The songs should go back where they belong on your iPod. Good luck. Cheers.

Try holding down CTRL as you launch iTunes to see if it will repair the drivers.

Can I install elements on a computer that already has photoshop CS 6 without damaging CS 6.
I have photoshop CS 6 for students and teachers on my computer already. I was feeling optimistic about the time and attention I would have for learning all the complications of a full version. Yes, all versions of Adobe software install into their own separate folders on your hard drive and will happily co-exist.
So you can install Elements without interfering with CS6.

Doesn't matter. You don't really need it again other than as a drink coaster. It probably contains outdated software anyway.
You can always download the CS6 installer from the Adobe website when you need to re-install CS6.

Can't instal firefox 4, Gives error that my comupter needs to reboot to uninstall an older vesion. But I have uninstalled the other version and have rebooted 4 times now.
I have a similar problem installed firefox 4.0 update (x86 en-us) am told to reboot all the time. I cannot uninstall and it has also messed up my email attachments which I cannot now open except if they are microsot office.
