I can't install my license Windows XP on Tecra M10

For some reason I can't install Windows XP on the new Tecra M10 Laptops that my company just got in. I deleted the Windows Vista Partitions off the hard drive using Delpart that way it would let me at least install Windows XP.
After that I put our Volumn licensing CD in the laptop and it starts to boot the CD and half way through a Blue Screen of Death comes up saying "A Problem has been detected an Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer." This happens every time I try to install XP from scratch. The laptops came with the Windows XP SP3 recovery disks. I put that in and had the laptop put back to factory defaults with Windows XP thinking that could fix the issue.
After doing that I tried to install XP again and the same thing keeps coming up. Please help me out.

The solution is simply;
I presume your Windows XP doesnt include the necessary SATA driver and therefore a BSOD appears.
This happened also on a notebook from other user. The BSOD appeared always until the SATA drivers have been included.
You need the Intel Storage Manger package.

Downloaded this package and include the SATA files into the Win XP using the nLite software.
For nLite details google a little but.

Are you trying to install the 32-bit version on a 64-bit machine, or vice versa?
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.

Well I tried to repair apple update and some other apple prgs in uninstall in control panel. Went back to a restore point. BUT I think the key thing is that I took the courage to uninstall iTunes and then downloaded it again from apple's website and low and behold it had worked!!!!
So forget reinstalling DO a brand new instal as it has worked for me.

I've been having the same issues for the past year and a half. I've spent 6-8months trying to figure it out. Went to various Itunes stores with pictures on my Iphone per each step so I could relay all information that I'd come across and the personnel were less than helpful, after conversations that would sometimes last an hour between myself, employees and managers they always came back to "simply uninstall then reinstall" when I told them for the thousanth time that I've done that multiple times and my errors are happening while trying to reinstall it they act stumped and say "well then I'm not sure, I'll give you a call if I figure it out" and disappear. I've been very disatisfied at the lack of support from Apple and if Android to piece together a reletively reliable phone I'd switch to them in a heartbeat. I'll follow this question incase someone can answer this, but I don't have much faith.
BTW, wifey has Windows 7 running on the laptop and my phone syncs just fine to that and no trouble with itunes, just mine (desktop).

I have recently installed Windows Server 2012 Essentials R2, but I want to use WSUS on the same server. Is this possible, if so how? Last time I tried this I lost my Remote Web Access.
I did post this in the Windows server 2012 essentials thread but didn't get any replies so thought I'd try posting it here to see if I got any hits here?
Is there a way to get WSUS to install to different web ports i.e. 880 & 8443? Or can I get it to install in a new site in IIS? Its just I know that the Essentials Experience role sets up RWA in IIS and installing the WSUS on top just overwrites
the RWA site & settings? I assume this is also why Remote Desktop Services does the same?

Last time I tried this I lost my Remote Web Access.
Remote Web Access uses the Default Web Site. If you install WSUS to the Default Web Site, it will break things. Install WSUS to the alternate "WSUS Administration" site on port 8530.

Just select the option during the installer to do that.

You can install W7 32-bit, but you will need to use Boot Camp Support Software 4.0.4033 drivers. You will need to run Bootcamp Assistant 4 from an older version of OSX. You can install OS X: Installing OS X on an external volume - Apple Support which has BCA 4.x and then install W7 32-bit.

Can't install a stable Windows 7 on my Snow Leopard mid-2009 Macbook Pro via Botcamp

I just erased the whole disk with Disk Utility and re-installed a fresh version of Snow Leopard on my mid-2009 MacBook Pro with my original install disk and updated all the software.
I then created a 400GB partition via Bootcamp Assistant for Windows and successfully installed Vista.
I then successfully installed Windows 7 (not an upgrade) over Vista (I only have the official upgrade disk) and installed Bootcamp in Windows with the original OS X DVD.
I then upgraded Bootcamp from version 3.0 to 3.1 to 3.2 to 3.3 and then to 4.0.
None of these versions have resulted in a stable version of Windows 7 because the screen randomly turns one color (usually blue or white) with no cursor or interaction possible and I have to shut the computer down by holding the power button.
I've tried the whole process with 32 bit and 64 bit versions with the same results. The funny thing (not so funny, really) is that WIndows becomes increasingly unstable the higher I go with Bootcamp. I've even tried running the Vista to Windows 7 upgrade utility but Windows 7 is totally unusable. Once at Bootcamp 4 the system can't even get past the windows boot process.
I'm pulling my hair out here because I can't think of anything else to try. I'm suspecting the problem is driver related.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you start over with the install of Windows. You can use an Upgrade version of Win 7 to do a Clean install.
Basically you have to Not put in the license key when asked and also uncheck the option to Auto Activate Windows when the system gets online, mThen once it is installed and you are at the desktop go to the System applet in Control panel and Select Activate Windows. Then put the license key in.
If for some reason that doesn't work then you do a second install of Windows7 over the top of the current install and that make the installer think you are Upgrading and the Activation will go through.

Legal issues aside, MacOS will not install on a PC right out of the box. You would have to hack the software significantly to make it work. Personally I don't think it's worth it.
I have installed Parallels 6 on my MBP, and then installed Windows 7 as a virtual machine. It works great. One interesting feature is that I can interchange files on my MBP between MacOS and Windows 7 without any problems. I can even use MacOS application software (e.g. Word) while in Windows 7. The implication being, I do not have to buy a second license for M/S Office for my Windows 7 partition. How cool is that.
With a big enough disk I could also set-up Ubuntu/Linux on my Mac as well.
