I can't install the program I just purchased: Acrobat XI Standard. When I bring up the installer, it does nothing.

Please make sure that you're logged in as an administrator, and that any antivirus software on your system is disabled. Then, trying downloading Acrobat from Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X, and run the installer.

If you just need a copy of the software, then download the trial copy of Lr available from Adobe. On entering your serial number it will then become a full copy.

Licenses are platform specific, so the Windows version will only work on the Mac if the Mac has Windows emulation software installed. The other option would be to trade your Windows version for a Mac version, but then you lose the use of it on the Windows machine.

Are you installing on Mac OS or Windows, and what version of the operating system are you using? Did you have a previous version of Acrobat on your system?

I can only install the CC to just one of my computers under my ID. Why?

I can only install CC applications to just one of my computers under my Adobe ID.
To the next computer under my Adobe ID, I've tried many times and many ways to install CC, the Donwload Centre only allows me to install trial versions of CC applications. However, my trial account has already expired. So Adobe.com keeps asking for extra money or product serial number that I don't have for CC.
I did receive a verification email from Adobe verifying my Creative Cloud for Teams account. Following the proper procedure, I accepted invitation from an Admin of the Team. But it seems that the Download Centre doesn't recognise my Adobe ID in my next machine.
Is there anyone able to give me solution?
The 2 computers under my Adobe ID are both MacBook Pros (but in different ages). Is that a problem?

Can't Install the program!

Everytime I am in the process of installing Itunes, I get these error messages. The first one says can't install without activex. Then later, there is an error message that reads "Error 1905. Module C:/Program Files/Quicktime/QTOControl.dll failed to unregister. HRESULT -2147220472." Then the last one reads "Could not open key HKEYLOCALMACHINE/Software/Classes/QuicktimePlayerLib.QuicktimePlayerApp/CLSID. Verify that you have access to this key and then it aborts the installation." I have Windows XP and I have 3 users on my computer. I am signed on as a computer admionistrator. Please if anyone can help?

Depends on which license you are having, if you are having Creative Cloud subscription you can install the products on both windows and MAC based Opearing Systems. If it Creative Suite (CS) products it will be palform dependant ( mean if the serial number is for windows, the product can only installed on Windows OS ).

Can't find the song I just purchased

I just bought a song from the iTunes library, and I know it downloaded, but I can't find it in my Library or purchased music playlist. I know I bought it too, because I tried buying it again and it said I've already bought it. Please help!

First look at your account by going to the music store and hitting your account name in the top right corner (Where you sing in and out) to see if you was charged for it
In iTUnes at the top hit Advanced>Check for purchases if the song didn't download all the way
In windows hit Start Button>Search and in the search field type in "m4p" and it will pull up all the songs you have bought AND are on your system. when searching DO NOT hit "Pics Music Videos" Instead hit "All Files and folders". in "More Advanced Features" check "Search Sub Folders"
If you was charged for the song(s), have used "Checked for purchases" and nothing downloads and you search your WHOLE harddrive (Not just Muy Music Folder) and it does not pull up the songs as being on your system, you will have to email the music store at this link http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/musicstore/download/

I just bought and downloaded Elements 12 but can't launch the program. Every time I try to sign in to my Adobe account to get started it shuts the whole program down everytime I click sign in. Very frustrated!! I had been using the trial version and loved it and want to work with the full version now!!!

If the trial version was still on the machine then you didn't need to install another program because Trial version can be activated by inserting your serial number and activated in the normal way.
I suggest try going to Help >> Activate
and see if you can activate it otherwise, if you can't launch the program then you need to uninstall the PSE completely from the Windows Control Panel and then restart the machine to make sure there isn't anything in the computer's memory.
Now restart the machine and install your program but this time making sure you also insert the serial number and your AdobeID so that you can register and activate the program automatically.
