  • How can I get my hp eprint email address from a remote location?

I am currently away from home and need to print something for my wife.  I have tested out eprint before but never tried it from a remote location.  I cannot recall the email address for my printer.  Is there any way to retrieve this without being at the printer?  I imagine that I had to sign in to the eprintcenter website to test this so alternatively, is there a way to retrieve the email address I used to set up my eprintcenter account?  I am offered a way to retrieve the password but that doesn't help much if I cannot recall my eprintcenter account's email.
    Thanks,
    Jeff

    Hi Epoclaen,
I see that you are trying to locate your ePrint email address.  The only way this can be done would be to log into your ePrint account so it would require you to remember your ePrint log on information.  The email address that's used to create an account is usually your personal email address.  I would try using your personal email address to log into the account.  Let me know how it goes.

    justwork,
You can locate your ePrint email address by logging in to the ePrint Center. The email address will be displayed below your printers icon.

  • Can't use my HP ePrint email address

    Hello,
I registered my printer, HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 5525 (CZ282C) when I bought it, in December 2012. On 22 June 2013 I registered for HP ePrint and chose the email address [edited by Moderator](see screenshot - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4Nb74yLObt8SjI0bXB6bmhvdlE/edit?usp=sharing).
However, I can no longer use this email address, as the site recently asked me to reregister and now reports that this address has already been taken.
Can you please help me with this?
    Kind regards,
    Veselin Markovic

    Hello Veselin,
Thank you for the update.  I appreciate it.
I do understand the issue.  You used to have a particular ePrint email address, at some point you were requested to reregister for ePrint.  If you have had to reregister that would mean you needed a new claim code.  At whatever point the web services were disabled then re-enabled on your printer you would have received that new claim code.  Once you use a new claim code the ePrint email address you used to have is no longer available.

  • Can't find eprint email address for my HP 6500A Plus

Please help me figure out how to find the eprint email address for my HP 6500A Plus printer so that I can set up Google cloud print on my new HP 14" Chromebook.

    Hi lbwmson,
Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that you would like to setup your Officejet 6500A Plus printer to work with your Chromebook.
First we need to get the printer connected to your wireless network.  This can be easily accomplished from the front panel of the printer. the instructions can be found on page 224 of your User Guide in the section titled "To set up a wireless communication using the Wireless Setup Wizard".
The next step is Getting your Claim Code when you enable web services. Once that you have your claim code you'll want to Set Up A Custom Email Address for your printer.
We can now set up Google Cloud Print with your HP Printer.  For additional reference I've also included how to Print a Page from Google Chrome Support.  If you are going to use the scanning function please refer to your User Guide on page 41.  It has a section titled "Scan Using Webscan".  It will walk you through the scanning you have available with the Chromebook.

  • How can I re-use my ePrint email address after deleting and re-adding ENVY 110 print services?

I recently had to delete and re-add my ENVY 110 series printer (D411c) to ePrint in an attempt  to solve a Web Services connectivity problem, and now I cannot re-use my original ePrint email address.  Is there a way to reset the address or am I stuck with a new one?

You are stuck with the new one.  The old one will be released for use after 6 months.

  • Can I have two separate email addresses in my mail?

    Hi,
Can I have two separate email addresses/users with my one email account without paying anything extra?
For instance: one email address with [email protected]
And another one at: [email protected]
    And, if that's possible:
    1. Does it mean paying extra because you are having two separate accounts?
    2. Since it is on the same general account, do the emails and return emails show in the same location or do they show in a different place? For instance, if the 2nd user sends and email and someone returns it, will I as the first user name see both of those?
    Thanks much,
    Lee

You can have up to five additional addresses, but they are not separate accounts. They are called 'email aliases' and are simply extra addresses which feed into the main inbox (and please note that you cannot create any new @mac.com adresses, they will be @me.com). Please see here about aliases:
    http://homepage.mac.com/rfwilmut/notes/mobileme.html#alias
It's actually a good idea to give everyone an alias address rather than the main one, since if it gets spammed you can easily change it, whereas as you can't change your main address without opening a new account.
If you need extra email accounts then you could go for a MobileMe Family Pack. Of course you can always set up free accounts with Google or Yahoo.

  • I have had to semi-reset and reinstall my hp6500a plus. How do I keep the same eprint email address?

I have had a network blowup and a new computer and was told to do a semi-reset and full install on my Inkjet hp6500a plus. How do I keep the same eprint email address which I have given out to a number of people? When I did the install I seem to have been re-assigned a new @hpprint address and can't find how to change it back.

    Hi,
I affraid you will not be able to use the same address.
Due to security reasons any removed ePrint address (due to Web Services removal, product reset or product replacement) is blocked for any user for 6 months period.
You may select a difference customized address by following the steps below:

    Hi allieb2901,
You can customize your ePrint email address at ePrintCenter.com. After signing into the website, just click the change button next you your ePrint address in blue.
If you have not registered your printer at ePrintCenter.com, print out the ePrint information page that has the 3-step process, or if you need clarification please post again.

  • Hp deskjet 3050 J611 eprint email address

Hi. I have the Galaxy 4S, and am trying to find an app to allow me to print notes, lists etc using the voice to text feature. I already have the deskjet all in one (3050A J611) which works on my computers and used to work fine on my old iphone. However, in trying to set up the HP eprint app, it wants my "hp eprint email address of the printer, ie: [email protected]" I can't find such an address ANYWHERE. I have printed test pages from the printer, my Windows printer, etc, etc, but cannot find anything that is anywhere near to this. PLEASE help! I need to be able to print notes and lists asap. Thank you.

On the front panel of the printer, there is a button that says ePrint.  You will have to enable that or view your current ePrint email after you press that.  Let me know if you have any problems finding that. I can help guide you through www.eprintcenter.com in regards to setup.
Start with page 15 of the user guide for pictures and better descriptions.

  • Email forwarding to ePrinter email address

The ePrinter email address is hard to remember.  I set up a gmail email address that will forward all email to the ePrinter email address.  HP does not like it and it rejects all email.  If there any way to go around it?  If not, this feature will be so useless if it is only for the ePrinter address.  Please try it yourself once to see if you or your friends can remember the ePritner email address.

The easiest work around I can come up with is to put up a web page with an email link to your printer. This will run the risk of email address collecting bots getting your printer's email address but if you set the ePrint service to only authorize certain email addresses to use it the spam becomes HP's problem.
The other solution would be to use an email form that can attach a file to an email and use captcha. You can password protect the page the form is on and set your ePrint to allow anybody to use it. This is a fair amount more difficult to set up but it doesw make it harder for the spam bots to get the printer's email address.
A good solution would be for HP to come up with a way for ePrint to allow 1 forward and look for the originating email address to match against your allowed email list.

  • I can't get my ePrint email back!!!

Despite all my efforts, I could not get ePrinting to work.  My email address was showing on my Zeen tablet, but then when I enabled it (after disabling it in an effort to make something happen!), it allocated me a new address (which in the main is a claim code).
So, I entered the new claim code, got the printer showing as on-line, and then tried to change the email address back to the one I had.
Only way I could get to the next step, was to delete the printer which I couldn't get to show as "On Line".
    Done.
Now it tells me that my ePrint email address is not available - even after the messages about deleting and I could not 'undo'.
So - my ePrint email address is running around in some virtual reality somewhere - any ideas how I can get it back?
I don't want the hassle of telling folks the new one!
    Thanks
    Caroline
