I can´t log in at the apple store or on itunes, although I received message that my registration is OK! when I try I requested review my account infos with my credit card datas. When I even tough I fill datas gives error and refuse my entry!!

Somebody can explain why?

They can fix it at the Apple Store. I wish you could get it fixed for free, but the warranty doesn't cover accidents like this . It sounds like you understand this, I just want to make sure you know.

You have already successfully made an Apple ID or you would not be able to post here in the ASC. You should not create another Apple ID, you should use the one that you have or you will create issues for yourself in the future.
Open the iTunes app on your Mac. On the Home pane (little house) scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the flag in the lower right corner. Choose the Japanese flag.
Then at the top of the page in the Quick Links on the right side choose Account. Do notcreate a new Apple ID fill in your current Apple ID and follow the on screen instructions.

I've had it for less than a year and noticed a few weeks ago that it had a red dot on the center of the screen. About a week ago I noticed another dot, a white one, right next to it. I'm having a similar problem. I had previously (over a year ago) purchased 2 episodes of Law & Order. Then about 2 months ago, I purchased the 3rd season of Sons of Anarchy. When I downloaded these episodes to my iPad, about a dozen full seasons of various shows popped up, too. This covers defects but not accidental damage.

If there is an upgrade to any of macs products that you own they will notify you when there is an update. To check if you have any updates go to the app store and click on "Updates", or open the program you want to check and click the "check for update" option in the dropdown menu. Hope this helps.

I can't log in to the Apple Certified Registry to get my certificate!

I just passed the test for Mac Integration Basics. I logged into Prometic with my regular Gmail. Yet it won't let me log in to the Apple Certified Registry and download my certificate because my Apple ID "isn't associated with a business"! How the **** am I supposed to get my certificate? Help!
