I can't log in on my Ipad, with a correct Adobe-id

I've tried to log in on my Ipad. To do so I've created an Adobe-id and I received a mail to verify, wich I did. I can now log in and out on the internet. If I try to do so on my Ipad, it tells me that the Adobe-id isn't correct.

When you use that Adobe id to login to https://files.acrobat.com, you will be prompted to enter the date of birth.
Once you have entered the date of birth, you will be presented with terms of use. Please accept the terms of use and you will now be able to access the service on the web browser.Once your configuration on files.acrobat.com is complete, you can access the service on your mobile device as well.

No you do not need separate Apple ID's in order to use 3 devices with one Apple ID. I use 4 devices to Message and FaceTime and all use the same Apple ID. You do need to add additional email addresses for the other devices.

And just in case you were wondering, installing one purchased copy on all the Macs you own is specifically called out as allowed in the Mac OS X Lion license.
If you do not want to download multiple times, just copy the Applications -> Install Lion app to a safe place BEFORE you do the first install. Then copy that copy to any Mac you own where you want to install Lion.

Yes. You can use any funds that you have available in iTunes for the App Store, iTunes, iBooks or the Mac App Store. Just go to the app store and tap on the app that you want to download. If the credit is available, it will be deducted from your account when you make the purchase.

If you got them from iBooks, then no. As far as I know, iBooks are linked to the Apple ID that downloaded them. If you got them via Kindle or the such, the apps may have a sharing function.
If it's another app, then whatever the rules of that app says is what works.
If you're looking for e-books on a budget, check out your local library. Many have e-books you can check out for a period of time, and they either work with an app or are PDF files with some sort of time limit encoding in them

Go into the control panel, add/remove programs. Uninstall iTUnes, Apple mobile device service, apple application support. Then redownload and reinstall iTunes.
There seems to be a glitch with the update where it doesn't seem to get everything updated so you need to get rid of it all and start fresh. This is just the programs, it won't affect your data. (as in when I did it it didn't touch my iTunes library)

If you had installed iOS 7 it would be Activation locked, but I see you only have iOS 5. You do have a backup of you iPad files on your computer or iCloud, don't you?
If the iPad was running iOS 7, the thief/finder will not ever be able to use it.

You can't access icloud.com on an iOS device, you need to do so on a computer.

Not directly to the iPad no. You can use an iPhone as a personal hotspot for it (if your carrier supports it), or you can get mifi devices which take sim cards and will act as a mobile hotspot, but you can't add built-in 3G/4G to a wifi-only iPad.

If you do decide to use an EEM applet, you don't need to do anything really special with the logging. Just turn it on in the configuration with "logging buffered 262144" (I use a 256KB logging buffer because the default is too small to be useful.)
Another angle to take that might be easier is to use the DDNS functionality of the router with a service like Dyn. This way you always have a hostname you can reference with the current address and can see the history on their web site. This can be configured as follows:
