I Can't  log in to itune store.

I Can't  log in to itune store. Tried it agian and again and even uninstalla and reinstall my itunes and it still doesn't work. any solutions?

I found the answer on the Internet to check time zone. The time zone was not set to automatically. By fixing the setting problem got resolved.

    I'm afraid I can't help, but I'm also unable to login from my Apple TV.
    FWIW, I am able to login with the same apple id and password from my computer and my ipad, and make purchases. I get an error telling me that I should use the iforgot service to retrieve my password or reset it, but I don't want to do that, it works fine on other devices.
    I've now tried it enough times that my apple tv is warning me that too many attempts have been made. But again, everything still works fine from other devices. Is there anything else I can try? Currently I'm not able to access my itunes match music or my purchased itunes movies.

  • Is iTunes 11.1 buggy on a PC? Ever since I upgraded, I can't log into the iTunes store and iTunes says that I have no internet connection.

    Ever since I upgraded because of iOS7 on my iPhone, now my iTunes no longer can connect to the internet and my Home Sharing has been cut. Is anyone else having these issues?  I tried the "DNS Flush" trick but itunes still won't budge.

    Yes, after updating to iTunes 11.1.0,126 no Internet was available any longer on WLAN nor LAN interfaces (Windows 8 64bit version). WLAN interface still has connection to the router (on low level) but on higher protocol level no connectivity exist).
    There exist a thread for Windows 7 from 2010 with the same issue describing how to solve the problem.

    Just follow the procedure, hence go to the "device manager", look for neworkadaper and de-install LAN and WLAN drivers. Reboot the PC/Laptop and Windows will install the driver(s) again and at the same time repair the mess produced by Apple.
    This issue occured only on one of our family Laptop but not on a 2nd. Laptob nor PC.

    Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
    (Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
    If that doesn't help, try making a new admin user to get in...

    Starts up like the first time you buy a new Mac, but after filling in all that info again, you should have access to the computer and the other Users & files will still be there... give the new User a different name than an existing one.

    I am afraid all apps are tied to the Apple ID they are purchased with and are not transferable.
    Your son have to buy those apps with his own Apple ID and start from scratch.

    I just received a replacement iphone (4s with ios7) but whenever I try to log into my itunes store, after I enter my password, it acts as if I never logged in.  If I enter an incorrect password it tells me so, but no error message at all when I enter the correct password - nothing happens.  My itunes is up to date.

    Have you tried going to Settings>iTunes and App Stores (or just Store) and signing out and then signing in again?
