I can't log in to my GoPhone account to refill my balance

I repeatedly tried to log in to my GoPhone account starting at about 11:45pm 7/27/15 and kept getting a 'This webpage is not available' message. I also dialed 611 and your 800 number from my phone, entered my phone number, and was told there was no account associated with my phone number.  My balance expires either on the 27th or 28th. I wanted to verify for sure when it expired and add money so my balance doesn't expire. I'd better not lose my balance just because of problems on your end.

  • Can't log in to me BBTalk Account, can't reset pas...

    I seem to have come a bit unstuck, I can't log in to my BBTalk account but also can't reset the password?
    It's more than possible that I have forgotten the password, unfortunately the password reset page won't accept my entry. It claims that either the number entered or the email address entered is invalid.
    I've cycled through every email address I've ever owned and not one of them seems to be valid. The phone number is definitely valid (given that I can ring it ;-))
    Any of the mods able to shed light on why?

    Account is still set up against the account number for my old house (why?) so the email address was one I'd completely forgotten about.
    In other news: there seems to be a BBTalk outage. DNS is resolving but none of the addresses in the A records are responding.

  • I can't log on to my blogger account

    When using Firefox, I can log on to my google mail, but can't log on to my Blogger account. It works fine on Chrome.
    When I go to any blog on blogger, the top bar doesn't show the sign in option, it shows part of the "create a blog" page instead.
    As I use Firefox for blogging, this is terribly inconvenient.
    I even changed back to an earlier version of Firefox as Firefox 4 is completely useless and unstable, but it didn't solve the problem.
    If Firefox continues to have so many problems, I would have to change my opinion about it and rate it as hopeless as Internet Explorer...

    BTW, the forum seems to have only questions, but no answers. I want my questions answered by Firefox, not read that other people are having the same problem. That doesn't help.

    I can't log into my apple ID account. every time I try, I receive the message: We could not complete your itunes store request. The itunes store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

    I am also experiencing this issue. I signed out to attempt fixing a sync problem, and now I can't sign back in. I receive the same message. I thought it might be related to work vs home network connections, so I tried the following:
    disconnected all network connections/reconnecting
    deleted wireless connection (only used Ethernet)
    cleared the DNS cache: sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
    Was still not able to sign in. Anyone have any other ideas to offer?

    iCal can’t log in to your “MobileMe” account because your password may be incorrect. Keep getting this error. Have repeatedly checked settings. Password is correct. Want this to stop. Very distracting.

    I was having this exact same problem.  Everything was working fine before updating to iCloud.
    I quit iCal and restarted and everything seems to be ok!

    Where are you trying to log in? You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - can you log in there?
    Before you change your ID you should log out of the iTunes Store and on any devices which are logged into iCloud. Then once you've changed it you can log back in with the new ID. (Your iCloud synced data will disappear from the device when you do this but will reappear when you sign back in - give it time).
    If you are unable to sign into http://appleid.apple.com you will need to contact Support. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'.     Been having this problem ever since T-mobile was absorded by EE. I used to have a T-mobile contract and had no problem accessing my account. When it went over to EE, it kept saying it didn't recognise my number, but if I went to register it would say the number was already registered.Recently changed to an EE Pay Monthly SIM and had my number transfered over. Still can't access my account. For some reason the site keeps trying to get me to log in as a T-mobile customers and I don't know if this is where the problem is. There is no way to stop it from doing this! I have contacted EE several times about this issue, being told different possible explinations or that they simply don't know what is wrong. Been very disapointed with the lack of solutions and the mass of problems I have had with EE overall.

  • After Using Migration Assistant Can't Log On With That User Account

    I used Migration Assistant to move only my Settings and Users from my Power PC (User name RLE 5) to my Mac Pro.  Because of what I have read in these forums I did not migrate applications or and files/folders. I will do that manually.  After migrating I tried logging in to my user account RLE 5 on my Mac Pro, but it is telling me I am using the wrong password.  I used the same password I used on my Power PC, but with no luck.  On my Mac Pro I went into System Preferences>Accounts>RLE 5 account and changed the password.  I then rebooted and tried again.  No luck. 
    Can somebody help me with this problem?

  • I can't log out of my guest account because DLconnectMonitor won't turn off.  How do I turn it off?

    I am planning on lending one of my Mac products to a friend so she can watch our Easter service on FaceTime.  In preparation for this, I logged into the guest account and found the administrator had to give permission for the guest to use FaceTime and DLconnectMonitor.  It looked like this had to be done for the guest account to work at all, so I gave permission.  When I went to log out of the guest account, I couldn't becauseDLconnectMonitor would not turn off.  I can't even find it on my computer.  Does anybody know how I can turn it off and log out of my guest account?

    Any third-party software that doesn't install by drag-and-drop into the Applications folder, and uninstall by drag-and-drop to the Trash, is a system modification.
    Whenever you remove system modifications, they must be removed completely, and the only way to do that is to use the uninstallation tool, if any, provided by the developers, or to follow their instructions.     Trying to remove complex system modifications by hunting for files by name often will not work and may make the problem worse. The same goes for "utilities" that purport to remove software.

    I have now been able to log into my accounts for IMessage and to ITunes store; however, they are still unresponsive. My messages do not go through and the Store is still laggy as well. I will keep updating this discussion as I am constantly checking so I can use the Cloud and IMessage again.

    I can long on the the master account... but when I try to log on to other accounts I can't past the "initializing" progress bar, it just keeps going.

    adm is the OPERATING SYSTEM user, you can´t login to the SAP instance with that user.
    Check the official IDES installation documentation, you will find there the user to login in client 800.

    I've been with this service for nearly 2 years now and the problems just mount up. I had an account for close to 2 years on EE itself which suddenly does not exist. Advised by customer service agents to 'Sign up' for a new one. Try signing up, get to enter Bank account details - can only put in 4 digits. In what millenia were bank account numbers only 4 digits long? Why am I wasting an hour of my time fault finding for your developers? I should charge you £50 a hour for this waste of my time. Fire your project manager for this new website revamp, fire the developers and get someone in who can transition accounts from one system to another without destroying the whole user experience. Absolute disgrace, don't message me about Apps and how I should log in to my account for offers when I can't do any of that. I would advise anyone new to EE here to cancel your account within the 14 day grace period, you'll have neverending issues from fake data charges, extortionate roaming costs, somehow paying for data when on Wifi and much more.
