Can you give me your zip code where you are located and I can find what is called an Apple Specialist independent of Apple, but that normally has inside contacts, who can help you.
It is difficult for Apple to support iTunes related issues over the phone, though they are getting better at it.
Do you have an ipad 2?
If you have an ipad 2, does your Apple ID work with Facetime?
Let me know. This is for troubleshooting purposes.
Make sure you are entering the right e-mail address in addition to the password.
Does your Apple ID end in me.com or mac.com? Are you paying for MobileMe? If you have paid for MobileMe in the past, but aren't now, it's possible you may still have your MobileMe address as your Apple ID. If you are currently paying for MobileMe, you may be entitled to chat support.
What version of itunes are you running on your computer? What version of the ipad operating system? Are you jailbroken or not?

1. Make sure software is up to date
2. Make sure FaceTime is enabled; Settings>FaceTime
3. Make sure Date and Time is correctly set; Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
4. Make sure Push Notification is enabled
5. Make sure phone number or email address is correct
6. Hold the Sleep and Home button down (together) until you see the Apple Logo

Can't log into Home sharing from an iPhone to computer via wifi

Every time I log into home sharing from my iPhone 4S it loads halfway and stays there until it times out. I've restarted everything, verified all network connections. No firewall. I used to be able to stream music to my phone, but can't any more. The only possible change (aside from major updates from Apple), was a substantial increase in the size of my library around the same time. Can't update apps, can't log into App Store on iPhone but can on my PC??

Since using my iPhone 5s I cannot update apps anymore.
I get the notification that "cannot update app at the moment".
I tried logging out and into the app store through the settings but after logging out I now can't log in there anymore.
My account is fine as on my PC/internet it still works fine.
Can anyone help?

I am having trouble logging into the app store on my iPod Touch 2G. I have the current OS 4.2.1 and have even tried resetting my password, I keep getting the message that "The Apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password is incorrect. Please try again."
I am using my correct Apple ID and Password. Any help would be very appreciated, I have updates I am trying to get and app purchases I'd like to make.

Well that didn't seem to help at first, but then I started to log in as a different name and back to my existing account. That apparently took care of the problem, this time. Thanks for your help.

First I would make sure your clock is set to set automatically (Settings - General - Date and Time - Set Automatically)
Secondly, sign out and back in of your iTunes and App Store (Settings - iTunes and App Store - tap your Apple ID at the top - Sign out. Then sign back in.)

Trouble logging into App Store with new iPod touch

I just got a brand new iPod touch 4th Gen.
I went through all the set-up info and got it running.
I wanted to get some apps so I went to the app store. there is asked for my name and password. when i enter the info I keep getting this message
"Could not log in. An unknown error has occurred"
Now I know I entered the correct username and password cause I was able to log into here with the same info. Anyone have any clue on how to fix this?

If you are getting an 'account not in this country' message then try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select Sweden.

To change countries of the iTunes Store, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region. From there it is a matter of picking the U.K. Store and you should be good.

Make Sure iOS is updated to the latest version
Reboot the device by pressing and holding down the home and sleep/wake buttons (power) at the same time until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings

Do you have OS X and OS 9 installed on your Mac? If so, startup with the Option key depressed. This will open the Startup Manager window. Select the OS you want to start from & click the right arrow.

Settings > iTunes and App Store > Apple ID = Sign Out... Then Sign In using the preferred Apple ID.
It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID
