I can't login to Kuler with my Adobe ID on OSX.  I can use kuler.app, but not through a browser.

I am using osx, and I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.  I have cleared all caches, restarted and upgraded to CS5.5.  I found the other forum discussion regarding this and I've tried everything on it, including changing my password.  Any advice?

Beginning with Flash Player10.3, Local storage settings let users specify whether websites can store information using Flash Player. The login issues that you are facing can be because “kuler.adobe.com” website is blocked from using local storage on your computer.
So,if you have installed Flash Player 10.3 on your computer, please make sure to allow the use of local storage for “kuler.adobe.com” on the list of sites using local storage in Flash Player settings manager. To access the local Flash Player Settings Manager:
Windows: click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Flash Player
Macintosh: System Preferences (under Other) click Flash Player

    I ran live update on Norton and restarted my computer and the tool bar is still disabled.

  • I have just recently lost use of 2 USB ports and my isight camera.  I have an isight G5 imac that has been working great.  I have rebooted, reloaded my OS, and tried PRAM reset.  I can use my keyboard, but not other peripherals.  Any ideas on diagnostics?

    I have just recently lost use of 2 USB ports and my isight camera.  My keyboard works fine, but there is not any indication of connections when probing USB in "About this MAC".  I have rebooted, executed a PRAM reset, and reloaded my OS, but to no avail I am out 2 of my 3 USB ports.  I don't know how to diagnose the issue.  Any ideas?

    Well, if you've tried different USB cords and devices and have reset your PRAM:

    I'd say your USB ports are shot - since they are an integral part of the logic board, replacing it will most likely be expensive. I'd still go for a definitive diagnosis at the Genius Bar.

    I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.
    Apple is becoming more like Microsoft every day.

    I have been driven crazy trying out all the different angles around this declined payment prblem. and now all i can think of is that after i uupdated itunes its completely buggy. my version is 10.1 . is this the same for other versions as well??
    this is completely ridiculous. no one to talk to about it, no one to fix it. and on top of it. that app '*whats app'* is free for BB.. here we are willing to pay and we are completely cut off.     Thank you for your query, I will do my best to help!
    I grasp that you uninstalled the Intel graphic driver and the catalyst control.  You reinstalled the Intel driver and now you can view and hear videos on the Internet but you are unable to set the resolution as high as previously.
    When I checked the specifications for your notebook I see that you have switchable graphics.
    Here are two links that I believe will help.

    Switchable Graphics on Notebooks Configured with Intel and ATI GPUs
    Here is a link to HP Pavilion dv7-6150eb Entertainment Notebook PC Drivers
    Please try this process.
    1. Download the chipset driver, and both graphic drivers and save them  but do not install them yet
    2, Delete the chipset driver and install the updated one.
    3. restart your notebook
    4.Delete the Intel driver and install the updated one
    5. restart your notebook
    6. Delete the AMD driver and install the updated driver. 
    You should now have a Catalyst Control Center.
    This should now allow you to use the higher graphic card which should support the higher resolution.
