I can't make a call but i can recieve calls

why can't i make a call but i can recieve a call. im using TM/Globe sim and i followed sum instructions on the net. i tried updating my carrier. at first i was ignoring these pop up to make an update but now i'm searching for that pop up to make updates.
i don't know how to fix it. i tried to call even with a strong signal connection. same things happening to me. i dial a number (e.g. - 09352908272) and at first it will make a call dialog. but after 5 secs. the call ended. at first i thought that the person im calling is declining my call, but when i tried to make another call to someone else. call ended still appears with my call
Still i can't figure out how can i make a call. please help, thanks

Try to isolate the issue. Use earphone and if the issue still happens then it might be the phone issue.
- If earphone works fine then it may be the mic on the iPhone. Try cleaning the debris on the iPhone. Finally a restore of the device and try to set it as a new device. Tha will isolate if it is a software or hardware issue.
- You can take the phone to Apple store once you have tried all this.

My guess is one of the two of you has less than a robust, good, fast WiFi connection.

I have the same problem as you have. I have my iPhone4 since a year now (more or less). Since like 2 months ago whenever I receive or make a call people can't hear me, but they tell me they hear me hanging up and then no sound from my side. Sometimes they can hear me for a while and then not. ¿did somebody found a solution for this?
I have updated to iOs 7.0.4, disconnected bluetooth, wifi and internet. Uninstall Whatsapp but none of these seems to solve this problem.

First of all, make sure that your iPhone as the most recent iOS available. Check in "Settings>General>Software Update".
One other problem could be your microphone. Does it work for anything else other than a call?

you need to isolate wetyher or not its a hardware issue.
make a voice memo. (if there is sound then, your bottom mic is fine.)
Make a video (if there is sound then your speaker mic is fine.)
if those dont work restore to factory settings and setu p as new, if the issue persists, setup replacement
if you have sound, try resetting your network settings. (settings general>reset>reset network setting THIS WILL DELETE ANY SAVED WIFI PASSWORDS.)

Oh no, Robinbird18! This is not what we like to hear about your cell phone. It makes it pretty hard to have a conversation with someone when you can't hear them. If you make a phone call out are you able to have a conversation with someone without any issues? How long has this been going on? i had the same problem a few weeks ago and i had only had my 3g iphone for a few weeks. It was as if i was on permanent mute. I could hear others fine, but they couldn't hear me, even if i used speakerphone or even a bluetooth.
i took it to an apple store and they did a real quick test (they first did a system restore, then they took my phone and tried calling another employee). Once they validated it wasn't working, they replaced my phone quickly with no questions asked. Just make sure to back up everything on I-Tunes before you go in so that you dont lose any info. might want to do the restore before you go in, as well, otherwise you'll have to wait for them to do it at the store, which takes them 15 mins or so.

Can you make core center automatically close after being called on startup so it can set cpu fan speed to a slower fixed speed then exit?
If core center really cant do such a simple task then can speedfan or another program?

Thats strange for me the speed resets to default as soon as I restart my pc (about when the bios engages which is however tangibly after the graphics card fan revves up to its full speed). Depending on the temperature of the proccessor it goes to 3300rpm (less than 42c) or 4500rpm (too loud for ~45c IMO and MSIs "cool&quiet" option seems to agree, it doesn't even set it as high as 3300rpm)
