I can't make any call

Subscription is activated in my account but I can't make any call. How canit will be solved.

Try a Battery Pull:
1. Remove the battery while phone is turned on
2. Wait a few seconds before inserting it again
3. Allow the long boot up process to finish (takes a few minutes usually)
This clears most software issues that occur on blackberries from time to time. You could also use Quickpull, a free app that simulates a battery pull without physically removing the battery: http://store.berryreview.com/product.asp?id=27660&n=QuickPull-Free

Under Options>Mobile Network, check the settings there. You may be roaming and hence your data services could be "Off when roaming" and  your network selection mode could be set to "Home only". Change these and it may work.
Other than that, I would suggest talking to your service provider since this may be an issue at their end.

    Please sign in to your Skype web account page at www.skype.com/go/myaccount - Within the "Usage" section you can find information about your calls and call attempts. Could be the number you tried calling is blocked for calls from Skype. Can you share what type of number this is?

    Hi,
    All of a sudden this mid-morning, I wasn't able to make any calls from my iPhone 4S.
    Everything else works fine. was able to make calls earlier in the morning too.
    Have tried:
    - turning it on and off
    - soft reset
    - turning airplane mode on and off
    - checking caller ID
    - resetting network settings
    nothing works.
    Please let me know what else I can try.
    Signal is good, when I receive calls, voice are crystal clear.
    Phone is provided from my company, so no problem with payments i think.
    updated to ios 5.1.1 last week.

    Check to make sure you haven't accidently turned "Airplane Mode" on. If that's not on, try syncing and backing up your phone and doing a complete reset and sync everything back onto your phone. If all else fails, contact your phone company. Good Luck.

    I can't send or receive texts, and when trying to make calls to any number I receive the following message "Your account is not authorized to make calls to this phone number, if you would like to have additional capabilities added to your account please call customer service." I don't have a house phone so cannot use another phone to call customer service, I'd like to have my phone working by tonight if possible, but won't have access to a phone until Monday.

    Oh wow! Well if you can't make or receive calls or texts, that makes your smartphone not so smart! Let's educate it a bit! When did this all start? Have you ever been able to call or text? You didn't mention anything about data so are you able to connect to the data network?
    In terms of troubleshooting, let's pull the battery out of the back of the phone and also can you check the SIM card for me. It is located at the bottom of the phone once you remove the back cover. It is a small white card about the size of your pinky fingernail. Take a look here http://bit.ly/WLyOoJ and make sure that it is inserted correctly.

    Sorry to hear that you cannot make any FaceTime calls. If you have not done so already, take a look at the article below to go over some general troubleshooting to get it back up and working again. Check the settings on your iPad for things like Date & Time is set correctly to making sure your connection to the internet is good.

    I have had this problem for 2 years. I cannot call a phone from my Skype account. I have credit on my account and even topped up again today but still I can't make calls.     The reason you can't make calls is because you are calling from the UAE which blocks all outbound VoIP traffic including Skype to protect the state monopoly. Accessing the internet using a VPN to avoid the block may assist.

    I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac
