I can't open iTunes. all i receive its a message: MSVCR80.dll was not found !

Somebody help. I can't open iTunes. all i get its a message that it says : this application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Re-installing the app may fix this problem.
I re-instaled the app but i receive the same message.
help please.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
