I can't open my adobe muse.

My website is just fine online so it's something with Adobe. The message "Delete File Error 3001 Wrong format or user file not found - fileA" comes up. I've not moved anything so I don't know what it could be.

Remove the "Recovery" folder found in:
Mac: "~/Library/Preferences/AdobeMuse/Local Store" (copy and paste into the Go > Go To Folder dialog in the Finder)
Windows: "%appdata%/AdobeMuse/Local Store" (copy and paste into a file explorer window)
In both cases above, include everything between the quotes in the copy/paste, but not the quotes themselves.

    You can sell the website to the client, but if you give out the .muse file to the client, then they would need a muse license to be able to open that file in Muse and make edits to the website (in case they do need to make edits). If you simply give out the exported files, then they can upload the site to their host, but they would not be able to make too many edits to the website. The In Browser Editor is a feature that is available if the site is hosted with Adobe Business Catalyst, where they would be able to make certain basic edit/changes to the site.

    Sorry to hear that you are having problems with Acrobat DC for iOS.
    First, I'd recommend backing up the PDF documents that are locally stored on your iPad so that you won't lose them.
    Please take a look at the following FAQ document and back up using iTunes.
    How to backup and restore PDF documents on iPad/iPhone using iTunes
    Please note that iOS will erase all of the app data (including your PDF documents) if you uninstall the app.
    Once you make sure that your PDF documents are successfully backed up on your computer, would you try the following to see if Acrobat DC stops crashing?
    Uninstall Acrobat DC.
    Install Acrobat DC.
    Transfer your PDF documents from your computer to your iPad.

    Have you installed LiveCycle Designer or when you say Adobe 7.0 it refers to the Adobe Reader??
    If you already have installed the LiveCycle Designer then create a WD component, in the view insert an InteractiveForm UI element and click on edit. This will open the Adobe LiveCycle Designer in NWDS.
    Additionally if you have not installed it please have a look at this [thread|Re: Adobe LiveCycle Design;.

    Note: at school we have CC, always updated. At home I have CS6, but downloaded a trial version of Muse. So, I would think the trial version would be the newest and CC not CS6. I don't know, though!
    Note: is there a way to extend my trial version for, like, an hour, to retrieve this file? It would absolutely suck if I can't get it back now. I've spent a long time on this.

    Could you please send me the muse file to [email protected] along with a link to this thread. If they're larger than 20Mb you can use a service like Adobe SendNow, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.

    1. copy the old file from the server on your desktop
    2. open the file from the desktop... here Muse will/can open it!?
    3. save the converted file on your server...

    Using the Adobe Muse slideshow opens many possibilities and control elements. However, I have received many feedback inquiries from my customer, complaining they cannot stop the slideshow on mouse over. This can be quit a nuisance as someone is enjoying a photo with no means to stop it from fading or sliding to the next one (except when using thumbnails, clicking on those. Which is not always intuitive). Is there a way to tell the Muse slideshow widget to stop the slide when viewers mouse over the image and continue sliding / fading when viewers hoover of the image?

    You can't. The best you can do is click to stop it, but then the only way of starting it again is to reload the page. I believe Adobe are looking into ways of improving this in future releases. There are various workarounds: have a longer delay between slides, use a manual-only slideshow with back or next buttons (or arrows) or a combination of what you have already with these to make the best out of an imperfect situation.
    It is not possible either to have a slideshow stop at the final image which is limiting, and another point that needs addressing. Sorry; this is probably not the answer you were looking for but hope you can now make some decisions/progress.
