Is there any way I can download ? All I get when I create a folder to burn a disk is an alias but will this work ? I have another 2 macs one is an iMac the other is a 660 AV from 1994 maybe I can create a cd and open in the older iMac ??

Ok, make sure you are signed in to Adobe Reader using the same Adobe ID you used to subscribe. If that doesn't help try using http://exportpdf.adobe.com/ instead.

can I run a filemaker database in icloud

Though its true you can host a Filemaker Pro database on iCloud, I did something which might be interesting or valuable to you.
I made a database with all file containers stored outside the database. The result is a lightweight database that links all images/pdf/etc to a path in the same context as the database is stored.
I used then Dropbox and I can access the database from multiple machines, though not edit/add information at the same time. Its even posible to open the database on your iOS device and see changes, etc, with the last stored database on Dropbox.
I know this wont work for anybody, but it did for my girlfriend who stores data at work, and later review it at home.

A Numbers document is actually a bunch of files that (usually) appear to be a single file.
What version of OS X are you using on your MacBook?
What version of Numbers? Numbers 2 (Numbers '09) or Numbers 3? The latest version of Numbers is 3.5 on OS X Yosemite.
More information will lead to a solution .

I've contacted apple support and I'm not sure if they did something with my account but when I followed the steps below I successfully downloaded the Keynote app for free:
Sign out from App store
Restart iPad
Go to App store and DO NOT SIGN IN (I've been doing this the whole time but this time I bypassed signing in from the start)
Go to Keynote app and hopefully you'll see the 'free' button, tap it and sign in when asked. tada.
*as stated above, previously after restarting my iPad I would go to the App store and sign in from the start. Please do not sign in yet when you open App store but browse to Keynote app and sign in only after you tap on the 'free' button
If in case it didn't work I would suggest contacting Apple support.

Changing the extention name will not help. You either need to use a Video od Media converter or else download and use VLC Player (free) which plays many video formats that Quicktime cannot.

Make sure you open the file in Acrobat and not in Reader.
What exactly is the problem? What's preventing you from editing the form?

Join the Cloud
Join the CCPP

Here's what I'd do, go back to the Apple store, take the phone & computer. Ask the geniuses how to fix this since they replaced the phone. You never know, they may just update the computer for free...its happened before...can't gurantee it will happen for you, but worth a try.
Otherwise, you're looking at purchasing a retail copy of Leopard, however if her computer can handle Snow Leopard you can purchase the $29 upgrade disk & install a full copy of SL.

My file names have disappeared in grid view. Thery have been replaced with a dark bar along the bottom of the previews. If I toggle using the command u it hide the bar but I still can't see the file name. In list view all the file names are OK.

The dark bar is caused by the option "Show metadata below image".
Check the settings for the metadata overlays in Grid view (basic and expanded) by clicking the little "badge" icon below the Browser and selecting "Edit". Is the filename still enabled in the list? And in a high enough position to have precedence for other metadata tags, if the space does not suffice to show all selected tags?

This thread and all the followups are hilarious, if it weren't such a serious problem. OP, you may want to add a bit more information on how this drippy screen problem occurs: where do you live, what are the weather conditions, what are you doing with the Mac when it occurs, etc.
Yes, extreme moisture, to the extent of causing visible condensation, is Very Bad News for any electronic device, and more so with one that isn't tropicalized like the Mac. Besides trying to avoid subjecting it to such extreme temperature changes, using some kind of desiccant to absorb close range moisture and avoidint its use until it dried out, I can suggest placing some kind of absorbent material between the display and the keyboard to prevent the moisture on the glass from finding its way into the computer.
