I can't open my music files!!
I recently updated my music player software (for the Nokia 5800). However, when I tried clicking on my music player icon/ going to my gallery and selecting the file "songs" I couldn't open either of them. My songs are still on my phone, but I can't access them for some reason, or open them up. Why is this happening and how can I fix this problem?

i have the same problem, when i press on 'song', it prompts me another list of menu (same list with images, song, sound clips and other media).. I cant get in ! i didnt update anything, i just did some data recovery (have nothing to do with song list), and put in some sound clips in it.. Can anyone help? or should i format my phone? how?
and one more thing, there is something wrong with my gallery too. images are broken and cannot be open. i wonder what that images is, i deleted every image in my phone then i send some nice wallpaper into it. set it, then bamp! the broken files are there again, i try deleting one image, but three or four can disappear themselves -.- i think i should need a reformat seriously. how?

Open iTunes
From the File menu, choose one of the following choices:

Add File to Library
Add Folder to Library
Navigate to and select the file or folder that you want to add
If iTunes is set to "Copy files to the iTunes Music folder when adding to library," iTunes will copy all content that is added to the iTunes library to the iTunes Music folder. To adjust this setting or change the location of this folder, go to the Advanced tab in iTunes Preferences.
Once that's done, you can sync the music to your iPad by following this article:

Its just i have a huge txt list of 100,000 music names that are listed as so..

I wonder if we haven't misunderstood what you were asking for. Could it be that you have not a huge file, but just a huge list of names in many small files. If that's the case, you should rather use the following script instead of the previous one.
Since this script does not rename the files, make a backup of your files before running it.

You have to export to IDML from InDesign CC2014 (or whatever the version it was created in) and then open the IDML in the earlier versoin of InDesign.

Hello! I have one iTunes library on my iPod and one iTunes library on my computer. When I connect my iPod touch to my PC, however, I cannot find any files in my iPod except for pictures. How can I find the music files so I can add them to my iTunes?
You can't do that.
And before you decide to store any music that you own on a computer at work, talk to your IT department. Many organizations do not permit it for legal reasons. Standard policies are that anything stored on company owned computers is the property of the company. It could not be legally stored on their machines unless you transfer the licenses and all copies, physical and digital, to the company, meaning you no longer own the music. If they were to be audited and could not prove that they own the music, they would be subject to copyright violation penalties. Just use your iPod when you're at the office if you want to listen to music. -

I can only open 1 .Ai file at a time from explorer
Okay. Googling is getting me nowhere and posting this is a last resort.
computer is running:
Windows 7 x64 SP1
Creative Suite 5.5
Illustrator 5.1
The problem is:
From within Windows Explorer, I can only open 1 Illustrator file at a time. To get a different file to open, I either have to drag and drop the second file into the tabs under the menubar, or I need to quit Illustrator and re-open it. Also, I can not open additional files from Explorer one-at-a-time if one is already open.
Quirks:
If I go to File -> Open I can select multiple files from within the Open File dialogue window and they open just fine. but i can't do it from within windows explorer. This used to work and now it doesn't and I have no idea why. Can anyone help me out?

The reason I´m suggesting this is that unless I have this box unchecked, some internal function in illustrator crashes after I´ve opened one document and I have to quit & restart if I wan´t to open another one. Click the Apple logo on the top left of the screen, System Preferences, Users and Groups (under Systems), unlock the lock in the window if its locked (you need to know the password), select the user that you wish to remove, and click the - sign next to the + sign for Login options. A window will pop up with some options. Select Delete this user and securely, and click 'Delete user'.
After this, do an update from the App Store.
Thats all there is to it.
For the other machine repeat the process except for one thing. Before you delete the user in this case YOU, you will have to give Administrator priviledges to your son bu checking the box 'Allow user to administer this computer'.
Do NOT do anything from Finder ... if you dont know how to fix the consequences of the problems caused.
There is no need to unauthorize your iTunes account on your new machine. Do it on the old machine though. -

At the moment they're both on the external hard drive and also stored on the computer but I'm quickly running out of memory on my iBook G4 so I'd like to only keep them on the external hard drive and, if possible, delete them from my computer's hard drive. At the moment, when the hard drive isn't plugged in a lot of the files won't play and I get the exclamation mark next to the particular song in iTunes, but everything plays fine when the hard drive is plugged in.
Thank you.Sounds like your files are playing from the external drive already. To check go to iTunes - Preferences - Advanced and check the Media Folder Location. Change it to the external drive if you need to.
