please help me to fix this problems. i can't open my paid study program due to " fail to import cxutils module into python."

I have the same exact error message appearing several times per day but I have not succeeded in finding the source of the problem.
Any ideas guys?
The problem started as soon as I upgraded from Mavericks to Yosemite.

What in particular didn't you like about Firefox 6?
You can undo a lot of changes, either via changing settings or prefs on the <b>about:config</b> page or via extensions.

Do a clean reinstall of the version that you want to use.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

In iOS 7.1, the setting has changed locations and is in the same grouping with General, Wallpapers, etc. Also, if you have not set a passcode, you cannot see or set Touch ID. If you restored the phone as new and it still does not provide you the option to set a passcode, and then Touch ID, then it is possible there is a hardware error. Since you purchased the device in Hong Kong, as described before, you can only get a friend/relative to take it to Apple, or you will have to do it yourself. Unfortunately that is what can happen when you need warranty work and have purchased a device outside of the country that you live in.

Sorry for the lack of info. It is Adobe Photoshop CC, I have been using
CS5 and am trying the trial version of CC to see if it worth changing
to. Any tool works once but freezes the tool sizing and image movement.
I am also using the Beta version of Mac Yosemite. But the CS5 version is
working fine.

I paid for the student's CC about 2 months ago, and a box keeps popping up saying my free trial is over, and I have to provide a serial number. Where can I find this? I recently bought new HP computer with Windows 7. I loaded my Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium. Illustrator tries to open then just disappears. I can not open PDF's. Get the following message: This program doesn't have valid digital signature that verifies it's signature. No valid Acrobat S/N found. Acrobat will now quit. Then: There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. Please exit and try again. When I exit - computer locks up.

These can be frustrating.
Try restarting your PC.
Using a different browser.
There have been reports that this can be due to router problems.
A simple way round it is to get a friend to download the installer for your and put it on a USB stick.

I'm new to Mac and I can't open any .bin programs

I just got my first Mac today and tried to install AIM on it, but it came as a .bin file when I downloaded it and I can't open it. Do I need a program for it or something? Help!!

Can't open PDFs/uninstall program Adobe Reader (11.0.08) MUI

I can't open PDFs, can't uninstall program, I have Adobe Reader (11.0.08) MUI (I don't know what MUI is...), help! I have tried numerous times to uninstall and change the program. Every time I try to do this, a window comes up saying that files are open (Adobe Reader) and to either retry or close. I can do neither, so I'm unable to uninstall the program. I've never had anything like this happen to me. I scanned my computer for viruses, malware, etc. and nothing came up. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I just try to download the software from the Adobe site and see what happens?

Assuming you are in Windows (which you haven't said), you can try using this tool to first remove all traces of Reader from your computer:

Then, you can download the full offline Reader installer from
http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else.
And I think it is Multilanguage User Interface...

Try going to your home folder/library/preferences. If you try and start a Microsoft Application and it fails then the relevant preference files should be towards the top. Drag the newer Microsoft preferences to the trash but don't delete them yet, the preferences should recreate when you launch Word again. Try and launch Word again and see what occurs. Another quick way to test is to create a new user and then launch a Microsoft App if they work fine then there probaly is a corrupt prefence in your user that's screwing it up.

Can't open my new programs

It took hours to download my purchased CS5.5 Creative Suite last night......all seemed to download OK + extracted the 7z & exe files....ran an Akamai check & all that showed OK and COMPLETE.
However, no program icons appear anywhere on my computer, & even doing a search, I can't open InDesign.....nor anything else.
Are they hiding somewhere in my computer? HELP!

Can't open file in CS4 due to plugins?

Hi, hoping someone can help.
I am trying to open an Indesign file (I think it's a CS3 file) with CS4 but get this message:
Cannot Open File
Please upgrade your plug-ins to their latest versions, or upgrade to the latest version of Adobe InDesign.
It lists about 15 plugins that are 'missing';
eg:
PDF.InDesignPlugin
FontManager
Group
Generic
Table Model
etc etc
Any ideas how I get around this so I can work on the doc?

That error message means that you're trying to open a file that is newer than your copy of InDesign. So, the file pretty much has to be a CS5 file. You can't open a CS5 file in CS4; you'd need to open it up in CS5 and export an IDML file, which you can then open in CS4.
There's an additional confusing element here:
InDesign CS4 is actually InDesign 6 when you click Help -> About
InDesign CS2 is actually InDesign 4 when you click Help -> About
and so on
However, it's not possible to see that error message when you're opening an older InDesign file in a newer program.

It sounds like you updated to Mac OS X 10.10 and now iTunes will not open. I have a few recommendations for you here, and would start with checking for 3rd party plugins that may be incompatible with Yosemite.

If that is not the issue, I would next see about troubleshooting security software that may be interfering with it:

Just had my computer less than 10 days... I have problem opening up iphoto, note and notewriter...all close unexpectedly and can't open these app.
What cause this problem and how to fix it?

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Step 1
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Enter the name of the crashed application or process in the Filter text field. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard (command-C). Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
Step 2
Still in the Console window, look under User Diagnostic Reports for crash reports related to the process. The report name starts with the name of the crashed process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report and post the entire contents — again, the text, not a screenshot. In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
