I can't open the app store, Maps, or Ibooks.
The apps when click on them just bounce once and then nothing???? I have repaired the disk and permission and I have also checked all the package contents...PLEASE HELP
Yesterday was the first time I use the CleanMyMac and thanks it damaged my OS.
My solution was Reinstalling OS X
How?
Restart your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys. From there you should be able to access the built in utilities to restore OS X using OS X Recovery
Note: be sure that your Mac is connected to the Internet.
I did it today, it's finally working without any loss!

Can not open the App Store on my iMac
I can not open the App Store and iTune on my iMac. Even the internet is connect normally.

After OSX Mavericks update I now can't open the App store
Upgraded to the new Mavericks OS however when i try to open the App store as well as a few other apps fail to load at all.
Any advice would be appreciated.

TomIf you haven't solved this yet, try re-installing the OS. If you have solved it, please share how you fixed it.
Do a backup. Boot to the Recovery Volume (command - R on a restart or hold down the option key during a restart and select Recovery Volume). Run Disk Utility Verify/Repair and Repair Permissions. Then reinstall the OS.

If you are running Snow Leopard v10.6, if it's not in your Applications folder reinstall the App Store using the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo.

Hi. Since loading the new software I can not open the App Store. Any ideas?

My iPod touch 4th gen. Keeps giving me the error message "cannot connect to the app store when I sign in. I can open the app store and browse it but I can't download anything. I have full signal strength with my wi-fi and safari is working perfect. I turned it off and restarted it 3 times now. I have an iPad 2 and the app store works flawlessly with it. What is going on?
Same here on my lpad2. Can access the web just fine from browsers but cannot install new apps or updates in appl store. Seeing a few others reporting same issue tonight so likely an apple server issue and staff will notice it in network monitors and fix it...sometime this weekend.

Hi I have an Iphone 4 and when I open the app store, all that appears is a white screen. I can't do anything? what can I do?
Try a hard reset. Hold Power button and home button until it restarts. Hold both till the Apple logo is displayed. Do not slide power off.
If that does not work you may need to restore. -
I have updated my iphone 4s with ios6 and now im not able to connect to itunes store. I can open the apps store but cannot install any app? Anyone facing the same issue..
I have a 4S and upgraded to iOS 6 last week without any issues.
Have you tried resetting your phone (hold the power and home buttons down together until the silver apple appears)? -
When I attempt to open the app store I get an error "Application Quit Unexpectedly" Can I trash it and start again?

Hello - my safari on my ipad2 gives the following message "safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding"...email works fine and I can download from the app store...seems to just be a safari issue

The Safari message is probably telling the truth. Is the problem repeatable at several websites, or is it only with a particular one? If all websites, you may have trouble with your internet connection downloading large amounts of data. Mail messages are relatively small unless there are attachments or embedded images.

i just bought a macbook pro and the mountain lion free update applied correctly but the internet went down and now the download won't appear/ continue, and when i open the app store it requests me to pay for the update? what can i do?
