I can't open tracks I've just bought

Hi I0ve just bought an album on itunes stor but I can't open 2 tracks.
What shall i do?

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5.2.2 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.2 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Older versions of Pages 5 can not open files from later versions of Pages 5.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud and opened in a newer version of Pages is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has removed over 110 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

You can add the icon of the missing Pages on your Dock or open Pages from the Apple menu > Recent Items list.
Or you can archive Pages 5 so that it doesn't automatically open.
If you are unhappy about this review/rate Pages 5 in the App Store.

What is your current iPhoto version, Anthony? And your MacOS X version? And what was the iPhoto version you upgraded from?

You say, you downloaded everything - did you download the Library upgrader? And did you install and run it? Was there any error message?
If your iPhoto library has been upgraded ny the upgrader, you should be able to upgrade it to your current iPhoto version by double clicking it to launch iPhoto on it. Have you tried that? What happens when you try?
One problem to check for - iPhoto may be unable to open your iPhoto library, if it is not on a dsk formatted MacOS X Extended (Journaled). Check the formatting of the drive with your iPhoto library.

Luckily for the most part, I backed up photos on my flash drive, but I had just imported dozens of pictures from my phone. I reopen iPhoto soon after and the prompt asking how I would like to start iPhoto and all came up. I selected what brought me to the iPhoto I open up to every day only without any pictures.

Are you in the correct account that contains the iPhoto Library?
Did you ever move your iPhoto Library to an external drive? If so, and you disconnect this drive, iPhoto will create a new blank one in the pictures folder.
Check your computer to see if the "iPhoto Library" was accidently moved to the trash.
If you still can't locate your images, launch finder, and select "all images" in the source column. This will display all images on your computer. Be carefull not to delete, move or modify the images you see in this manner, as it will cause issues with good iPhoto Libraries, however it may help us locate where the images are.
Once you locate an image, click it once, then in the top menu bar, select "view / show path". This will display it's location along the bottom of the finder window.
Once you know where the image is, this should help you launch iPhoto to the correct library.

If they've finished downloading then they should be in the iPod's Music app - is that where you've looked for them ? If they don't show in there then have you tried closing the Music app via the iPod's taskbar and/or tried a soft-reset of your iPod to see if they then show up in Music ?

Why i can't open a book I just downloaded to my iPhone 4?

I just downloaded a book from iTunes store called "iTec" which is apparently a free magazine of technology. I have it on iTunes but as I read in other discussions I can't open it from iTunes. So I synced my iPhone 4 which is still NOT with iOS 6. My iBooks is updated. Someone knows what's the reason for this book not to even appear in my iPhone (iBooks app)? I will thank you so much.

Yes the "books" option was ticked.

First confirm the download is actually completed: open the Newstand, tap Store (upper right of newstand) and then Purchased. (this will actually show all of your purchased apps, so it may take a moment to find it).
Assuming it is showing as downloaded, try a rest: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

Can't change blank Composer in just-bought iTunes album

Subject says it all really. I just bought a classical album ("English Landscapes") from the iTunes Store. After downloading completed I saw that Composer was blank in all 8 tracks. When I try to fix this in the Library, by clicking twice in the Composer field, nothing happens.
I guess this is a bug. Is there any way of circumventing, e.g. is there something I can do outside iTunes to fix the problem?

OK, I just realised the answer: use Cmd-I to get to Info and fix it there.
But it still leaves an iTunes bug.

Getting very frustrated. I just did an update on an App for a women's magazine, except afterwards I could not read a copy that I just bought YESTERDAY!
Why?? I do not want to have to buy something again that I already paid for.

Try deleting the app. You should be able to dowload it again (look in purchased area).

Note that they say they will unlock only if you are a current or former customer. So it's probable that you will have to get back with the person from whom you bought the iPhone and get them to request the unlock.

It appears that you purchased an upgrade (from an earlier Acrobat version) instead of the full product.

Must i uninstall premier pro trial version before i can use the premiere pro ii just bought under the creative cloud business package?

I had the trial for premier pro. It expired and yesterday I bought the creative cloud business package.
In the creative cloud desktop app, under premier pro, it says trial expired, and the only option across from it, is to buy. But I already bought the package yesterday, why doesn't it say download or install?
If I click premier pro it takes me to a box looking for a redemption code? Do I need a redemption code,, if so how to I get one, was it emailed to me?
Should I uninstall the premier pro I have on the computer at the moment, before I can download the one I just bought? As next to premier pro in manage application it gives an option to uninstall.. I thought it could just unlock the version I have rather then needing to uninstall it and download it again?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, please

Hi Derek,
I can see that you have purchased Creative Cloud for Teams subscription. You will need to invite and accept the invite before you can carry on using the product as a ful version. I can also see that you have sent the invitation to an email address but that invitation has not yet been accepted . If thats the same email address you wish to use , kindly accept the invitation and use the same email address to login to your Creative Cloud Desktop application.

Likely yo have an app or other iTunes medai trying to download or not completly downloaded.. What happens when you enter the password when connect to wifi?
You can try the standard fixes:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>iTunesd and App stores and sign out and sign back in
- Sync to your computer
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
