I can't open up I Tunes

Whenever I try to open up iTunes, i get a message that says, the ITunes Library.itl file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file. I am the admin for my computer and I don't know why this has happened. I Tunes has been working fine until now.

How can I open the Broadband Tuner 1.0 app. Help please.

I have a 27" iMac which does not have even a year old and it is slow when I'm in the internet. I have fios 75dw/35up and I'm getting 7dw/7up. Please Help! Can't open Safari, I-Tunes after update download.

This happened after I ran a software update and downloaded the new I-tunes, Quicktime, and the latest security update.
I got an almost full disk message, but the downloads were completed ok. I was told to restart, but a bug hit at that point and I held down the power key to close down.
When I booted up again, all seemed normal, but
now when I click on the Safari and I-tune icons they blink, but then don't open.
Any ideas on what happened and how to link up the finder and these programs again? Is this a case for the famous Pram zap?
(Other, such as I-photo etc. are not affected. On the other hand Mac help, any html safari page, and software update are all inoperative.)

The solution was to use the original
Tiger DVD to re-install the OS. I had let the disk space on the startup disk get too low, and a download corrupted some of the OS.

I can't open my i-Tune store after I installed it in my old windows XP? It just come out blank...

I had a old HP desktop with Windows XP. I installed the i-Tunes and it runs great but the i-Tune Store is not be able to work on the screen. when I click the the store it just came out blank... a bit inconvenient for update and buysing the music...any one know how to get this sloved?

If in photoshop cs3 you go to Help>About Plug-In and click on the words Camera Raw, what version does it say?
Which camera are the camera raw files from?
After you downloaded the Camera_Raw_4_6.zip, you unzipped (extracted) the file and then copied the Camera Raw.8bi to
Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CS3\File Formats (windows 8 64 bit)
or
Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CS3\File Formats (windows 8 32 bit)
replacing the existing camera raw 8bi?

I'm on a PC and have uninstalled an re-installed Itunes.That sorts out Windows but knocks out the network adaptors which means i can't get onto the web! So its either no iTunes or no web it seems. I've fully updated Windows andam now scratching my head. Any ideas are welcome. Thank you

The red exclamation mark indicates that itunes cannot find your files.
Are the music files still on your harddrive. Look n Finder
Username/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media
If the files are there then keep the option key pressed and open iTunes. A dialog box will open asking you to choose your library. Select Choose and then navigate to the Music/iTunes Folder and click OK

You'd be best setting up a second user account on the computer and then set up iTunes under your user account with your ID.
